Locals all seem to love the vibe and atmosphere here. They have Karaoke and when the drinks get going, people get to singing their heart out. Food is great, albeit not quite authentic mexican, it's more of a cross of mexican dishes with a touch of carribean spices/flavors. Keeping that in mind, the tacos al pastor (although devoid of pineapples) were seriously tasty, the grilled fish (tilapia) was on point and reminded us of a prior experience at a beachside shack in DR....
Great place, when you’re there you feel like you’re traveling. Esthetic is great, atmosphere is great. Food was great, the service was great, the owner was there and was accommodating. Food was GREAT!
Best authentic Mexican restaurant on the hill. The $1 Taco Special on Tuesday made me step foot in the door and now I can't get enough of the authentic Mexican taste. They offer a variety of seafood which I find uncommon at most Mexican restaurants in Providence. Highly recommend trying Taco Tuesday if you aren't 100% sure about trying Lucia's, then you will want to come back.
