I absolutely love this place. Where else on earth Can you create your own burger with so many options? I prefer The grilled cheese bun every time I go there with different variations of my favorite burger. The loaded fries are awesome. Staff is always friendly.

The food was delicious, but the service was slow with a very short staff team. Expect this if you go there on weeknights. Good ambiance with low level lighting, great for a low-key meal or date. Their vegan/veggie burger is pretty good, and their Build Your Own Burger menu has many options.

First time going to this place? boyfriend and I ended up ordering the Cadillac nachos, and I'm not a guacamole eater at all, and I fell in love with their guacamole. And that burgers are to die for build your own burger is amazing. And thanks for the tips from on the guacamole. Love it, love it, love it.

Burgers are great. Split the Frankenstein with my son and would highly recommend it. Sister had the boneless buffalo wings...not so good, seemed like they bought them from the frozen food isle at Stop & Stop, I would shy away from those. Wife had veggie burger and loved it. Kids loved the grilled cheese and their burgers. Definitely will be back for burgers & fries. I would say one of the best burger spots around. Seating was an issue, we had a party of 9, 5 adults, 4 kids and they tried to put us all at 2 high tops with 9 chairs, we had to grab another high top just to fit our drinks. When I had called to say we had a part of nine, they had said they had other larger parties coming in an couldn't fit us at tables....but there were plenty of tables avail when we got there, the duration of while we were there and even when we left.

Luxe is a great place to go when you are craving an awesome burger. They have so many options to choose from, whether you want to BYOB (build your own burger) or choose from one of their delicious prebuilt ones. On top of the awesome burgers, the drinks are amazing. They even have hard milk shakes. You heard me, alcoholic milk shakes. It sounds too good to be true but go to Luxe and you will see that your dreams are a reality.

I can't post a review without giving at least 1 star. I give none. The restaurant was empty except for 3 people. Seating was still an issue for me and my 6' 7" friend. 25 minute wait for food. Burger smelled like moldy rag. Then waited 25 additional minutes for the milkshake that was ordered. Was served 5 oz in a to go cup. Questioned what would appear to be the manager, with his air of importance, about the portion size. No response but a contemptuous look. Very capable young lady removed the milk(shake) from the bill and apologized.To that young lady: you did well and I am sorry you didn't receive the tip that I left. I will however leave you one here. Find another job, you are smarter than your supervisor and deserve better than to be subject to an incompetent...

Decent gluten free options. Really good burger (lettuce wrap). GPS took me to the wrong side of the building. There is a parking lot, but it was full. They validate garage parking.

Def worth a visit and then some. Amazing Death by Burger. They nailed it with how they cooked the egg. Also, got side salad instead of fries and it was super fresh.
I would normally not call out a server like this- but our waitress Dixie was one of the worst I have even encountered. She made multiple mistakes on our order despite the fact that she didn't even take it, she just had to transfer it from the build-a-burger cards we filled out to a POS system. She never touched the table again after the food was dropped, and when we finally flagged down another server and asked for her she came over literally rolling her eyes and said "what?" ... and never apologized nor did she fix our food. I'm a veteran server too, I don't expect to be doted on, but this girls lack of customer service skills is horrifying. Otherwise, the burgers are very mediocre (and expensive AF), my pretzel bun was stale, the bathroom was NASTY, and the restaurant itself was freezing cold. It's a hard pass on ever coming here again.

No frills but friendly burger bar. Starter was even too much to even contemplate a main! They have a frankenstien burger which if you finish it you get it free! Now that looks a serious challenge, but need to fast beforehand!

Stopped in for a quick bite while on a business trip. Burger was cooked to perfection and was super fresh, and came out quickly. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Tons of options for your burger, including protein choices and lots of toppings. Nice sports-bar atmosphere...great for fast casual dining.

Was seated and not greeted for 10 minutes and our server only attended to us if I walked up to her. We were one of 3 tables on a Saturday night.. staff had time to talk and sit at the bar together, but not attend to us. I’ve never written a bad review before in my life as I have worked in the service industry, but I’ll never come back here.
