My comment is that if they don't have what you order online, they should put it in the service page since I am still waiting for a refund for what I didn't receive and the man who brought the food is a witness.

During my meal, I discovered a piece of cleaning wool in my food, which was both unappetizing and concerning from a hygiene standpoint.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, the only resolution offered was a replacement meal, with no option for a refund. While I appreciate the effort to rectify the situation, I found this response inadequate, especially given the nature of the incident.

Food did not match the price. Everything is overpriced here. Steak was decent other than that nothing special

The food was absolutely outstanding! We shared the lomo saltado a lo pobre and the jalea mixta, and both were the best we’ve had compared to other restaurants in the area.

However, the service left much to be desired. The staff forgot our drinks multiple times, and when it was time to settle the bill, we encountered an issue—while the initial check was accurate, the receipt for signing included charges for two extra dishes.

Additionally, we went with our one-year-old and were disappointed to find that the restaurant had no changing stations in the bathrooms, making it far from family-friendly.

Overall, the food alone makes it worth a visit, but the service and lack of accommodations for families definitely need improvement.

Today we went with 5 people to eat at this restaurant, the food took a long time when we asked for the bill the waitress brought us and on the bill she was already charging us a service fee of 18% and apart from that she charged us the tip, so if we We feel scammed because the restaurant did not notify us in advance of this service fee, we have no problem leaving the tip but they charged us twice for me it is a scam.

Great food, but slow service. I am Peruvian and recommend all the Peruvian dishes. The owner is a very good friend. When we go to Providence always visit Macchu Picchu restaurant for a good time with friends and family

Regarding the food it is 10/10 but the green seats in front are very uncomfortable and small, I hit my knee really badly.
