The one in the Bronx NY 3363 E Tremont Ave BX, NY 10461. The customer service was bad. very much so that when you make reservations over the phone, it was NEVER mentioned you can only make reservations for 2 hrs. We literally were forced out of the table my family and I. Never sang happy birthday to my son and I. The lack of communication really sucks 😕 We didn't deserve it. My 72 year old husband spent $267.00. We are seniors and didn't deserve how we were treated. Horrible...read full review

Restaurant Was Cold no heat , food portions are small and very very pricey. I order mofongo to soft is like a Dominican mangu , The shrimp on garlic sauce super salty , my order carne frita with tostones meat was unseasoned & dry for a $45.00 order wasn’t was I was expecting and service was bad they took like 25 min to bring us 2 piñas coladas . We had a great time when visiting the restaurant. The food was exquisite , service great 👍🏽. Music amazing 🤩 I highly recommend this restaurant!! The best PuertoRican restaurant !
