Horrible service every time I come in here except for Adriana. She is amazing! The other girls never greet the customer or just stare at you with an attitude until you ask for your order. Not ok.
Super authentic and high quality pastries you can watch them prepare. One of the best authentic pastry shops I’ve been to stateside.

Excellent pastries and you can watch them being made. My favorite in Providence by far. Nice sparkling clean white subway tiles, european vibes. The coffee is OK, I order Americano for optimal prep and taste. It is a more classic Italianesque coffee, not a standout coffee compared to thirdwave coffee shops like Hazel Origin or Little City but with the classic Euro vibes it kind of makes sense for the older Italian coffee standards paired with the pastty. It works.

Madrid European Bakery and Patisserie is such a gem! I tried their cannoli and absolutely loved it, perfectly crisp shell with a creamy, flavorful filling. They have a great selection of pastries, and it’s such a treat to see the pastry chef at work right behind the counter. The staff is so friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. The space has a welcoming vibe with an open, airy aesthetic that makes you want to linger and enjoy. Definitely worth a visit if you appreciate fresh, beautifully crafted pastries.

The pastries here are incredible-light, fresh, and not too sweet. The staff is always friendly and the place has such a cozy vibe. Definitely one of my favorite spots for coffee and a treat!

Worth the wait on busy days because the staff is sooo kind and the desserts are baked to perfection, like being in a true European cafe.

Nice new find! Iced matcha latte was great and I tried an apple tart that was perfect! I look forward to trying more items! Great space to grab a treat and coffee to fuel your work time.

Found this place via recommendations from Reddit for croissants and was not disappointed. I ordered a berry and chantilly filled pane au chocolat which was delicious with a iced mocha. A bit too much chocolate looking back but worth it. They have so many more delicious pastries that I need to try out so I’ll def be back for more. The space is also nice to get a little bit of computer work done.
My only critique is that the bathroom could use a new coat of paint.

Wonderful desserts. Bought for Baby Shower the Lemon Meringues and Raspbery Mousses and they were a huge hit. Very high quality and beautifully presented. Will be back.
For the business: you should offer a small catering menu!

Loved the rasberry croassiant.
I am from MA lived near Boston and there were several better places. Since I made the huge mistake of moving to the west Virginia of New England options are limited. This place is not bad I tried three different desserts and none blew me away. The Paris place on Federal Hill is better. The three stars is compared to all the places I have tried in RI maybe a 4

very sad that they don't heat the croissants at the moment. I wanted to keep coming but not to eat cold bread.
Apart from that the place is nice.
