Reservation made for Thanksgiving Day lunch. Arrived on time and seated immediately. Service was excellent with a knowledgeable staff who was familiar with celiac dietary requirements. Food was excellent with generous portions. Definitely a worthwhile event on a Holiday with thanks to the entire staff who worked on a Holiday. Highly recommend for all including celiacs.

One of my favorite restaurants on “The Hill”. The dining experience at Massimo is always a 5 star experience. Yesterday afternoon we had Janelle as our server and she was superb- it made it a 5 star PLUS visit. Blood orange Cosmos, eggplant appetizer, chicken parm, pistachio cannoli, tiramisu- all excellent. Highly recommend

Upstairs is where you want to be, comfortable setting, although noisy when full with big parties. The food is fantastic! Our server this time was amazing, fast and thoughtful service.

Server was very nice but seems a bit overwhelmed. Food was good, but nothing outstanding for the 5 dishes we ordered (maybe except the Gamberi with Risotto which was excellent). Food and dessert took a while to arrive; it was a Saturday night. The downstairs seating was a bit dark. I assume it's great if you're on a date. But then it's too loud for you to have a decent conversation.
