McBride's is a cozy, almost sleepy little Irish haunt offering traditional taps and fare.
The interior is just as you'd expect. Wood everywhere, green and gold accents, warm overhead lighting.
The beer selection is decent, but certainly not extensive. The menu offers Irish staples, like Bangers & Mash, Shepherd's Pie, Guinness Stew, as well as some more American inspired bar bites. The food is good but desperately in need of salt. When seasoned properly the flavor is there.
When I've visited, it's usually fairly quiet, not too chaotic, and they validate for the parking lot in the back. This is the kind of place that you can just relax and have a pint.

A classic cozy Irish pub! Fantastic drinks and great food prices. But the attentive and kind staff, and general atmosphere make it a wonderful neighborhood pub.

Friendly, nice place, reliable food and drinks. It’s not the MOST atmospheric/cozy pub vibe but it’s a good neighborhood staple and we appreciate the team there
Found this gem on the way to a craf fair. Place was great, food was amazing and of the drinks were perfect.

Great proper pub. Only stopped by for 2 drinks while out wandering around but the food looked good. Could tell from the vibes and crowd it's a great bar that people like. Lot of community engagement flyers and stuff too. Love that from a bar.

Came here for a Rugby event for parents weekend. Pretzels and cheese, chicken nuggets, and fish and chips were all delicious.

Great pot pie. Good music
One of the few real Irish pubs in Providence. They have tvs if you’re trying to catch a football game. Or any game.
Hands down, the best pub. And I’ve made my way around the pubs in this city. Their outdoor covered patio just opened up. Great place for a group. Great energy, great vibe.
A bar for the community, a bar for Brown, a bar if you’re just passing through. The drinks are on point. And the menu is diverse and incredible. I’ve eaten most things off the menu.
Shepard Pie is my favorite. Filling and homey.
Wings are great.
Burgers are real and heavy.
Fish and chips are so good.
Be sure to check out their specials when you’re in, always something to order.
