My problem with this location is the drive thru, they have double lanes designed to make it go faster. It doesn’t not! I tend to go at night before work around 10:40pm & work 2 minutes away, quick ride on 146. I’m in line for 20 minutes, they take one order, then pause for 4 mins then take another. Sometimes if you’re in the far right lane, you’ll noticed cars that just pulled up in the left lane go before you! You can say your order slow & clear & still have to repeat it. A few times I had to leave without food & was late to work! Imagine leaving 20 minutes early for work, going McDonalds which is 2 minutes from your job. Waiting 25 minutes for food, leaving without food & your late to work!

This is an absolutely horrendous mcdonald’s. The worker taking my order was completely incompetent and processed to tell me to hurry up because she had a line when she made my entire order process complicated. The food even was terrible. And the worker at the second window did not give me all my food and i asked for it and they treated me like i was the idiot. Absolutely terrible workers at mcdonald’s they all need to be fired and they need to hire completely new workers. Such a bad start to my morning.

If I could rate zero stars I would im so disgusted im HIGHLY allergic to pork and I order a chicken sandwich meal with tomato and I paid extra for the tomatoes that I never got and they added bacon I also ordered other items for my kids, they all got chicken nuggets and like sweet and sour sauce so I asked for extra and paid for it but because I had to park and wait when I got home I realized zero sauces in the bag so by the time I could actually eat I then noticed no tomato and disgusting bacon smh terrible there was no excuse I ordered on the mobile app and can clearly read the order but I guess that doesn't matter since everything was thrown in the bag
Dietary restrictions: Obviously they don't read orders correctly nothing in my order had bacon why add it on a chicken sandwich im extremely allergic
Kid-friendliness: There's always homeless and crackheads at the door very uncomfortable and wouldn't recommend

I frequented this place because I am a Dasher and this place is truly the worst McDonald's in the area. At night, the staff looks like children playing. If you deliver, I do not recommend accepting orders at this place, you will only waste your time, the staff is not trained...

I must say over the past year this place of business on Brand jam has improved tremendously!! There is a time there year and a half ago where every single time I ordered something was never made right., Obviously managers have changed employees has changed I just want to say whatever changes that it is they did it's definitely for the better thanks for putting out a good product McDonald's is what it is and what I want it I want it my way lol
