Absolutely the worst place ever was told to wait for my food when I ordered it in the drive-through there was no space to wait to give my food to someone else I came inside. They said they didn’t know what I was talking about took them 45 min to give me my food

Drive thru got my order wrong. Drove in traffic to come get my order corrected. Was told I had to wait in line again just for a simple burger they forgot about and was told I had to pay again. Been coming here for 20 years I’m always taken care of if there’s any mistake made, not sure what’s changed recently but I was highly dissatisfied.

If you go through the drive thru, it takes 10-20 minutes. If you go inside, they completely ignore you. When you finally get someone to acknowledge you, if you don't want to use a stupid kiosk to order, they act like you're bothering them. I'm going to be honest, I feel like the fact that I'm white has something to do with how I'm treated here by the all Spanish staff. I'm always getting terrible service and sideways looks. After being ignored for 10 minutes inside tonight, I will never come back, as this place is either racist, incompetent, or a combination of the two.

Besides, these guys are always forgetting something now they are serving raw food. Why have me wait for my food if you’re still gonna give it to me uncooked do you know the damage that can cause to a persons stomach? I really don’t think they care.

i want to give them a zero went on line and ordered my food at 237 got there at 3 and they . didnt have my food they could not find my order very rude . people work here .people coming in getting there food while im still waiting finally at 320 got my cold food disgusting

Big girl in the morning shift needs to do better. Literally have you sitting at the drive through for 5 minutes before taking your order. Never fails happens every time with this girl. The older lady in the morning has much better service

I stopped going to Dunkin' donuts because something was floating in my coffee and they refused to reimburse me $3.86 so I got McDonald's coffee one day and have been glued to it. If I put it on my app it's only $1.29 for a large iced coffee and it tastes really good and I get there oatmeal without the fruit and that's excellent also. And the early morning staff persons I'll just so nice so I like going there
