Besides, these guys are always forgetting something now they are serving raw food. Why have me wait for my food if you’re still gonna give it to me uncooked do you know the damage that can cause to a persons stomach? I really don’t think they care.

Big girl in the morning shift needs to do better. Literally have you sitting at the drive through for 5 minutes before taking your order. Never fails happens every time with this girl. The older lady in the morning has much better service

I stopped going to Dunkin' donuts because something was floating in my coffee and they refused to reimburse me $3.86 so I got McDonald's coffee one day and have been glued to it. If I put it on my app it's only $1.29 for a large iced coffee and it tastes really good and I get there oatmeal without the fruit and that's excellent also. And the early morning staff persons I'll just so nice so I like going there

Today May 4 around 6:45am i go to drive tru ! First thing they let me wait at the speaker for take my order ! I ask for 2 ice coffees ! One with 2 splenda and 1 cream and the other 1 pump caramel, 1 cream and 2 splenda. When i’m notice she make hot coffee and when im try explain her the way i want the ice coffee she close the window in my face. After that she charge me and handle to me my order ! COFFEES ITS NASTY! i think she put the entire bottle of cream look like light light taste just cream. I know it’s cheaper order $2.79 but what happened with the service ? She don’t have good actitud at all. She know she can stay home if she feel overwhelmed! It ok not to be ok but Costumer service it’s a priority! That’s the location near my job and i always stop there for my ice coffee literally im thrown away i cannot fixed or dinked!

I just ordered the number 7 which is 2 burgers 1 medium fries and the choice of drink one of my burgers had some hair in it I saw 2-3 hairs in my burger and the fries were a bit cold and so the burgers I did not eat the second burger I felt really disgusted by it cause I some employees with their hair down which Ik your not supposed to do the most disgusting thing I’ve seen ever
Pregnant & was craving a chocolate milkshake however what I received was the most disgusting milkshake it taste like it was made with water not soft served vanilla ice cream as advertised you can taste the difference it was super sweet & even the color was like a dark brown color which makes sense when mixing chocolate with water not creamy at all. Not sure if the recipe was changed or the employee who made it. Literally threw it out! Next time I’ll Just go to Newport Creamery.

We went to the drive thru at 11 and the women said they were closed but when we drove past it again after getting different food we saw 3 cars getting orders at 11:10. Women at the window had attitude when we rolled up to the drive thru

Sick of coming to this place for breakfast to get black bacon on my sandwich. It pisses me off, these people wouldn't make themselves a sandwich with black, incinerated bacon, but they send it out to paying customers because they just don't care. You are better off going to Dunkin for breakfast, at least you get more than 1 strip of bacon on your sandwich, and it isn't burnt.
