This McDonald's sucks, I live close by and it would have been faster to drive to Lincoln Mall and order than sit here and wait for my food. 40 minutes for a McDouble meal. And the refund process is so difficult and crappy that you just give up and take the L on your $6. Which is probably what they want unsatisfied customers to do. They should just close this one down. Food always sucks. Takes forever. Wrong orders. Rude staff. Why even be in business.

This has got to be the worst service I ever received at any fast-food establishment. we waited for 45 minutes in the drive through with kids on a Friday night. Kids were hungry after a long drive, and they chose McDonalds. this was not my first bad experience at this location or my second, I was kind of hesitant about going back, but i gave it a chance, Big mistake, I will never go back because they don't seem to get their act together. I'd rather go across the street to burger king from now on

It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get your food. You have the data to see what day and time you will need more staff. I left the store manager a voicemail too.Did the survey and said the same thing too. Skip the line inside and WALK to the drive thru.

I drive part-time for Ubereats, drivers avoid this location like the plague. This location is easily the worst McDonald's in RI. I know it's futile, but customers speak with your wallets. As long as you go and purchase food from this location, they will keep up with their terrible service. Y'all are lucky I can't give 0 stars.

You've officially lost a loyal customer. I've ordered delivery from this location multiple times, and every single time, I ask for one simple thing: a plain McChicken with added cheese. That's it. And somehow, without fail, you forget the cheese—every time. We're not talking about a complicated order here. Just a single slice of cheese. It's incredibly frustrating and honestly disheartening that such a basic request is repeatedly ignored. It shows a complete lack of attention to detail and, more importantly, a lack of care for your customers. If something this simple can't be done right, why should anyone trust you to get anything else right?

At this point, I think the chicken nuggets are on the run. Every single time I order a Happy Meal, the nuggets are MIA. My kid opens the box like it’s a mystery prize surprise! No nuggets. I don’t know if it’s this location or the Cranston Street one playing hide and seek with the food, but one of y’all owes my kid about 50 nuggets by now. Do the nuggets even work here anymore?
