Very disappointing quality control at this Shake Shack location. • The burger was extremely salty, much saltier than other Shake Shack locations. • The patty was overcooked and completely dry, with none of the usual juicy texture. • I paid $1.99 extra each for avocado on two burgers. One had no avocado at all, and the other had two tiny, paper-thin slices—not even the size of a thumb combined.
After checking Google reviews, I noticed other customers reporting the same issue, so this doesn’t seem like a one-time mistake. It feels like if customers notice and complain, it gets fixed—but if they don’t, the store just keeps the extra charge.
Charging premium prices is fine, but this kind of quality control and portioning is unacceptable.

The quality & service of this shake shack has gone down significantly. I ordered a double smoke shack and when it came it was cold. The bacon was even colder on top, and the burger was crunchy throughout; it was over pressed and over done. my milkshake came out when I was just about halfway done with my burger. I didn’t end up finishing the food because it was very disappointing. The dining area has not been kept neat and the trash was overflowing without being attended to.

Fast friendly service whether in person or delivered, fresh ingredients, tasty burgers. Have eaten here repeatedly. Also came here for Veterans Day 2025...had the best tasting Big Shack burger that was perfectly cooked. The cashier had friendly world-class vibes running that and delivering the food to all tables. She is priceless.

Overall, pretty much your average shake shack food was amazing. Service was good and the atmosphere was good. This is one of the few shake shacks. I’ve visited that have TVs with sports channels and other stuff so that’s what gives that atmosphere five out of five stars

It's faster to order and go find a seat to sit in because the dine in option is 15min or more to get food served. I ordered a burger and bottled water

Menu , location and service on the phone seemed great but after looking at the pictures on google I definitely would not go there . If they take better pictures I’ll go . (Dry fried chicken and if u zoom in on that caldo de res you can tell it’s super greasy) I called and suggested very politely that they post some pictures of their food on google and got hung up on before I can finish my sentence.
