This place could be much better i mean the food is ok but it doesn’t need to be a LOUD PLACE people come to eat in a peaceful atmosphere not to have people yelling across the room. Let try to work on this.

Menu , location and service on the phone seemed great but after looking at the pictures on google I definitely would not go there . If they take better pictures I’ll go . (Dry fried chicken and if u zoom in on that caldo de res you can tell it’s super greasy) I called and suggested very politely that they post some pictures of their food on google and got hung up on before I can finish my sentence.

Asked for a chicken tostada got a chicken salad with salad on top sopa de pollo had no vegetables besides half of a potato and unseasoned as hell a disgrace to Guatemalan culture

Gave us an order of soup we never wanted. I asked for carne de res she said we dont have that, offered two options we said no thank you and they charged us and gave us soup no one ate. food decent otherwise

It was one of my favorite restaurants but now with the change of staff it is neglected and little attention a few days ago I went to eat some garnachas and the meat was rotten I wanted to be discreet and not come to this but the situation forces me to do so since we called the In charge of letting him know secretly and he didn't even pay attention to us, he only sent a waitress after a while to see what was happening but at no time did he apologize for serving rotten meat, terrible experience.

We went for the reopening, we thought it would be better than before but no. The food is not impressive, the rellenitos were hard and barely had beans, the meat was dry, the tomato sauce did not have a good flavor and the prices are high for the quantity and flavor of the food you receive, also the receipt includes 20% tip (I am one of those who think that the employer is the one who should pay the salary to his employees and the tip should be voluntary from the client and earned by the waiter according to the kindness and efficiency he puts into his work) :/
Place.fell off, same mushy rice and beans and salad come with every plate, the ribs are horrible and the fish is a hit or miss. The caldo is good and steak. Same basic stuff. Overrated and food got boring
