I ordered two sandwiches from them two weeks ago. The bill came to $64. I called the restaurant because they added an additional calzone we didn’t order (it’s still in our fridge at work). The people on the phone insisted we ordered it, said they wouldn’t refund me and that only the owner could make a change. I left 8 messages for the owner and have been calling all this time. Moreover, it was $2 to switch the type of cheese in my sandwich. Atrocious customer service and horrible business practices all around.

Trash poor customer service left our food all spilt in the bag messed up mever called to let us know they were here!. We live on the third floor!. And it took five hours for them to mess our order up twice and not even bring it in all!.

Hi I am Sarah I’m 12 yrs old and my mom said i could order anything i want for my birthday ,i decided on this place(biggest mistake of my life) i wanted to try something new. so I ordered a cheesecake A chicken Caesar wrap, a steak and cheese and french fries and also a chocolate cake with some drinks. It’s obviously wasn’t all for me, but that’s besides the point, first thing I opened was the fries and when I looked at them, I could tell they were cold so I took one took a bite and guess what it was cold I was pretty disappointed, but I did get it delivered so I wouldn’t expect them to be right out the oven so I didn’t care that much next I open the chicken Caesar wrap at first It looked all good and then I took a bite and I seen some marinara sauce Obviously, if you know what a chicken Caesar wrap is, marinara is not supposed to be in it I was kind of confused about that so I tried to open the cheesecake and it was a clear container so I quickly realize that it was carrot cake and not the cheesecake I asked for I was really upset about that cause all I wanted was some cheesecake. I opened The steak and cheese sandwich. It looked pretty good, but then I took a bite. It was really really cold. I was very very upset at that point. Nothing was wrong with the drinks besides that they were the 2 L and I didn’t mean to get that. I meant to get the smaller ones but I forgot about it because they never asked what size. The chocolate cake was the best thing here overall, I can’t complain about that.I will never ever order from here ever again. This place is terrible. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered. Thats it thank you for ruining my birthday.? (I would add a photo, but this is being made after we threw everything out and we did not want to take it out again)

We ordered three sandwiches and a cheese and bacon fries it came to 55.80 ..when upon doing the math and factor in taxes and even a tip ..it still did not come to that amount I payed with my card in which they took 58.00 n not the 55.80 ...mind you my sandwich was 10 burger with fries was 13. Burger was 10 loaded fries was 9 .. how does that even come close ...I order from them all the time food is good depending on who is cooking and what time you order ..but after yesterday I will no longer be ordering from them they are robbing ppl
