I am the biggest chinese food lover.. I ordered from here last night hoping it was good and it was not at all. Absolutely terrible, the rice tasted burnt and was soggy as well as it tasted very overcooked. The boneless spareribs was all fat and tasted very dry and digusting. I will never order from this restaurant again.

ordered delivery and the portions were somewhat small. came out to $45 for egg foo young, lo mein and fried chicken. chicken and foo young were tasty. beef lo mein was okay.

I ordered the other day the delivery driver was a little bit rude why I put two stars for the service today I ordered food I ordered shrimp fried rice which was $6. 50 and then I asked them to add General Tso's chicken to it which I don't know how much it is to add a few pieces of chicken all I know my order came out to $16 who charges an extra 9 to $10 just to add chicken overall the people who answer the phone great people food was good overall he just a few hiccups here and there with them

This was the only Chinese place open on a Tuesday, life saver! The food was awesome even the next day as leftovers, great shrimp fried rice, boneless ribs, chicken brocoli, general tso, chow mein.Had to add a fun fact, they get mad if you don't tip. The other day, after paying my delivery I asked for my $15 dolar change and he said "how much you want back", wdu all of it you're not staying with my $15 ?

I had to go out in the rain and got to his car to get the food and the delivery guy had the nerve to ask me to tip him he didn’t even bother getting out

The restaurant delivery driver was rude he questioned me about a tip saying he came too far and I should tip him next time I should use uber eats or door dash and leave a tip because tips are how he makes his money then he gets into what you tipped him last time mind you it's a family Chinese restaurant I explained to him that the food is not for me it is for someone else who doesn't have a lot of mobility and that the person only gave me the total amount no tip yet the delivery driver took the money out my hand for the order and still had my food in his hand for more than five minutes giving me a story like he was not going to give me my food until I give him a tip I told him if your gonna complain about optional tip then take it back he then gave me the food I will NEVER order from them ever again on any food delivery app or in person I'll stay locally instead and by the looks of these other comments I'm not the only one who's had this problem with the delivery driver and his customer service.

They messed up my order and had the audacity to ask, repeatedly, for more of a tip claiming they came from "so far away". He literally held my food hostage over this. They are 6 minutes from my home, hardly "so far away". Reading reviews I see this is common behavior from them. I will never order from them again. This was supposed to be a contact-free delivery, so much for that. The actual food? Well they got my order wrong. It was bland and some of it had a really funky smell and taste. I tossed it.

I already paid a delivery fee and whatever else Grub Hub charges, and my order was less than $20. I tipped him a couple of dollars on Grub Hub and he literally tried to hold my food hostage.
