Worst customer service ever, I tried ordering on grubhub with them and apparently they assign their own drivers and don’t even give customers the drivers’ numbers. How exactly do these people expect us to guess the number. Grubhub couldn’t even get a hold of them by calling them multiple times. The lady who talked on the phone was did not know how to do her job and needs to be fired for being rude and not knowing anything about the food served there. She cut the call whilst I was trying to explain my situation. Apparently this isn’t a one time thing and many deliveries happen like this to a lot of people.

Personally, I wouldn’t order from this place because the customer service is very rude. They only care about your money. They don’t actually care if you get your food in a pleasant manner.. I have dined in And ordered through Uber Eats and DoorDash, and it is always the same experience. My last order was a sandwich and two drinks and it was over an hour and 15 minutes to be served. The order I did before that was three drinks and some sushi and it didn’t get to my house until an hour and 45 minutes later. When I called to discuss what they can do because this had been the sixth or seventh time this has happened, the worker told me “just don’t order from here anymore” , I am a very respectful person, but do with this information what you will because this restaurant only cares about money and they don’t really care about hospitality. The food is 4.9 out of 10 so if you want cold food and rude customer service then this is the place for you

This place sucks. The staff is uninterested and rude. You can't tell it's MoCha from the outside. I asked the cops and found it hard to get a package. Even the policemen on duty there couldn't find such a place. Only one of them said it might be opposite the BofA. It's a Chinese restaurant outside and Mocha inside. Mocha sounds like a fake name. I said to the clerk, “Why doesn't it write Mocha on the outside, it's hard to find?” He said, “Look at the description,” he said rudely. Not everyone has to read the address description! It's like looking for a needle in a haystack. You have to write the name of the business in big letters on the outside. Especially if it's a restaurant. Why don't you write MoCha outside? Why are you hesitant to write the name of the business? It was a terrible experience for me.

I love this place!!

I’m staying in an airbnb in the area and I grabbed delivery from here (which was super easy and fast, idk why some reviews were complaining about this), and I fell in love!!

I came back again with my boyfriend and the food is absolutely amazing. As someone who was raised in an Asian household, this place is the only place I’ve been to that nailed the flavors, ingredients, and tastes!

I cannot stress HOW GOOD THIS PLACE IS. They also give such huge portions for what you pay for. We walked away with 3 takeout boxes. Would also recommend trying their smoothies and momo cha cha, which was the perfect sweet treat after. The staff are also really sweet and nice.

This is such a hidden gem. I will be recommending everyone to here!

Delivery was estimated to arrive at 4:40pm, I stood outside for over two hours waiting because I didn’t want to rush them if the restaurant was busy. So finally at 6:40pm I called the restaurant for an update, just for the person on the phone to tell me the order had been left in the lobby of my building (there is no lobby in my building) and that there’s nothing else she could do. So now I’m stuck on the phone trying to dispute the charge with my bank.An additional note— I only live three minutes away from the restaurant, so I’m really not sure how as this could have happened. From everyone else’s reviews it seems like the dine in experience is lovely, so if you’d like to try the restaurant that’s probably your best option. I wouldn’t recommend trying to order delivery unfortunatelyUpdate to response: Thank you for considering my review! Uber eats has a text feature so that the driver can communicate with the customer if they have trouble finding the correct address. Another feature worth using in Uber is the update feature, where you can mark orders as delivered. That way we could have figured things out at 4:50 instead of 6:40. Additionally based on your reply about the delivery being left on the steps (despite me standing outside) and the employee on the phone who told me the delivery was left in the lobby it seems like either the driver had the wrong building or there was a disconnect in communication between employees. I’m sure the dine in experience is lovely, but the delivery experience isn’t something I’d recommend. Maybe pick up would be better
