I initially came here to pick up some snacks for my brother, but because there was a deal for 4 donuts, we decided to get one for ourselves as well. It took a while to receive our donuts, but there was a very good reason for that! The donuts were freshly made -- I almost burned by skin/mouth by touching/eating it.

This was the best mochi donut experience I've ever had, and perhaps one of my best donut experiences ever. The donut was so hot and fresh -- crisp on the outside, but incredibly hot and chewy on the inside, with a delicious warm matcha ganache topping. We gobbled it down as fast as we could without burning our mouths.

I will be thinking about this mochi donut experience for a while. I'm not sure if they usually make donuts to order, but if they do, this is absolutely worth a visit. I know they have a location in Boston, and if they also make their donuts to order, I will be wholeheartedly dedicated to them in the future.

My brother confirmed that the donuts taste good when cooled down as well. These donuts were a bit more expensive than I'm used to for mochi donuts, but if they're fresh, it's absolutely worth it.

Yesterday (5/25) I went this location with a friend. My friend ordered a smoothie and the woman who took her order went to the back to make it as soon as the payment went through. A few minutes later, another person ordered (just a donut) and then a large group of people put in a large order for donuts. A man took both those orders as we waited near the counter. There was no communication about the smoothie or anything, but it had been over 8 minutes and nothing. This wouldn’t have angered me if the other people also had to wait for their orders. Rather, the large group had been on their way after what appeared to be only a few moments while the person who ordered before them waited alongside the two of us. Around five or so minutes after the large group left, the other person finally recieved their order, but still no smoothie. Not long after, we noticed that there was a drink left in the machine that stuck a piece of plastic over the top of the cup, but there was nobody behind the counter who we could even talk to about this. Instead, we waited for another five minutes until finally the lady who had made the drink and taken our order returned, grabbing the drink that had been sitting behind the counter on a machine and passing it to my friend.

The drink smelled like a vape, with an overpowering perfume and plastic blend masking any sign of fruit. It tasted even worse. My friend disposed of the drink after attempting to consume as much as she could. For $10 and an absurd wait with no communication, this was throwing money out the window.

Donuts were cute, for anything else I would take your business elsewhere.

Very pricy for small, mediocre mochi donuts.

Nearby mochi donut shops are a lot cheaper and of better quality.

These Japanese donuts are pretty good. They have a similar taste to dough boys. One wasn’t as cooked as the other two but overall delicious. I have the atmosphere 1 star because it’s inside the mall which was loud with no where to sit. The service was terrible

I’ve never had mochi before so I don’t have much of a comparison. But the mochi I had at this place left a good impression. I’m not gonna lie, I miss there being a subway in this space, but with Charley’s Philly Cheesestake taking most of its clients, its exit from the Providence Place Mall was inevitable ? . The donuts were great though, sometimes when one door closes another door opens ? ?

The mochi donuts are crispy yet chewy at the same time. Unfortunately, the frosting is way too sweet and there isn't much of a different between flavors. The donuts are also pretty expensive: $4 each at the time.

So cute! This place is better than the other mochi donut place I went to in Attleboro. Soft and chewy inside and crispy on the outside! I never know what to eat in the mall but now I have a spot for sure ?

First time trying these doughnuts. I thought they were very good , warm and chewy. I also tried 2 smoothies tropical bliss and Tyler special. I didn’t think they were that good and tasted bland and nothing like the ingredients listed for each smoothie. I also thought they were to expensive at $9 they we’re probably worth about $4.
