I'm from South Florida and I've had my share of Cuban sandwiches. This one , with the wine grilled onions... omg so yummy! This kitchen is tucked inside the blingy pinky Rock and Rye bar, which tends to get lively later in the night.

To be precise, I would give this review a 4.5. For the price, I would have liked to have some kind of slaw or side salad.
But, it really was the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had! I had the Croqueta Special, it was juicy and flavorful.
I opted for the yucca fries and they were good too. Yucca is naturally a "dry" root veg, but these were crispy and still had a moistness to them. I dipped them in the chimi mojo sauce- The yucca is great when it's paired with a bold sauce like the mojo chimi.

Overall, my order was excellent. I'll have to go back and try the other sandwiches. ?
