I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Our server took an unusually long time to greet us and take our order. The food—simple dishes like pasta, salad, and fries—took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Under normal circumstances I would be more understanding, but a table seated at the same time as us received their drinks, meals, and check within 45 minutes. I asked for an update on our order twice and was repeatedly told it was “coming right out,” only for it to arrive more than an hour later. When our food finally did arrive, it was lukewarm. The pasta sauce was watery, the salad was soggy, and the fries appeared to have been seasoned with sugar instead of salt. Additionally, the chicken was extremely salty and nearly inedible. Overall, the service and food quality were far below expectations.

I made a reservation 2 weeks ahead. I arrived 10 min before my reservation. The bar was closed. 15 min after the published opening time, I called to inquire what the problem was. I never received a phone call. The restaurant never opened that weekend.

I had reservations and upon arrival had to wait almost 20 minutes to get acknowledged. One of the bartenders said she would be right with me and went back to mixing drinks. They finally came over to speak to us . Waited another 15 for someone to grab a table out of the room and put us in a very bad seated area. No matter what seat I inquired about they were saving for another party. They apparently forgot was there and had a reservation. We left. Bad service, worse attitude. A few others patrons that were waiting experienced the lack of attention and bad attitude and walked out when we did.

Excellent cocktails and food. Felt a little rushed, entrees came out 5 minutes after apps, but not a huge deal. Cool place, will return.
