Hi I'm absolutely in love with this neon store that Mr Byron runs I think it's awesome I love your coffee I love the service and they always on point with everything I have to come here every morning and I live far from the store so that says a lot just wanted to let you guys know that thank you have a great day p

This place sucks, the employees are the worst, they never want to do their job. The person behind the counter always tries to send you over to the guy working the pizza oven, but they don’t have what you need over there, so you gotta go back to the other counter and the person will finally help you, begrudgingly. One time I actually did try to buy a slice of pizza, and the manager tried to give me this old crusty slice that had been sitting around for hours, instead of the ones that were just taken out of the oven. He said they had to sell them in the order they were made, I just turned around and walked out. I’ve walked out of there 3 separate times without buying anything because of the employees.

Ordered a pizza at around 4 am though one of the screens at the kitchen only to be told they didn’t make pizza yet. I don’t have a problem with that but there needs to be a limited function on the screen on what you can and can not order. I paid over $19 on a pizza and couldn’t get it nor get refunded because the manager was the only one that can issue a refund.

This place is ghetto the employees look lazy and unhappy , soon as u walk in the employee look at you with laser eyes like if they don’t want to be there , aura in this place is down hill , order and turkey grinder and they only add 2 slices of turkey and sprinkle of lettuce … they should do better .

I have to admit I been going to this location since they opened it and every time i went it always seemed like chaos but when i went in this morning for my breakfast and coffee i noticed a big change in the store. i asked associate if they got a new manager and she said yes, the store looks great much better than before and the new manager Byron seems to be what this location has been missing. good job with that hire because you could tell right away the big difference it is with him.

I paid extra for NACHO CHEESE FRIES they gave me fries with sliced American cheese slapped on top. I ordered two hotdogs with ketchup and mustard they gave me no toppings and burnt both hotdogs

I’ve been coming to this neon gas station for months and have never been disappointed with the excellent customer service and food. Justin the manager is phenomenal at his job running and making sure this buisness stays on top of the rest, along with the employees around him, including Jimmy. From delicious food to outstanding customer service I highly recommend this neon gas station over the rest.
