I have ordered from this place before and never had nothing negative to say . I give 1 star because My delivery was 2 hours late the order was wrong I ordered 2 large pepperoni and got one large cheese and one medium pepperoni. My fries were cold and saggy and the stake and cheese sandwich was cold . I am just lost for words .

Best pizza in RI! They really do make the pizza NY style. Other food is excellent too and they always get our pain in the butt orders right. We are from NJ so it's great to get "real pizza" and not the New England garbage covered in corn meal you find everywhere else. I'm allergic to cheese and they make me the best cheese less pizza I have ever had! We order extra cheese pizza and send our kid to school with the cold pizza for lunch because he loves it. My NJ family will only eat pizza from this place when they are in town.

Love the pizza, the only problem? Whoever takes the orders can't distinguish the difference between cheese and pepperoni.I wouldn't give a 1 star, if they just offered to make me a pepperoni, instead they wanted me to bring my pizza back in (15 minute drive) to be reheated with pepperoni on top. Talk about poor customer service.

I mean... you could just get the pizza, which is quite good but my favorite food from here isn't the pizza. It's pretty much everything else. Take a good look at the menu because everything is absolutely delightful. I was actually shocked at how much I enjoyed the fish and chips. From a pizza place. Anyway... I live 5 minutes walking distance away and do take out so I can't speak much to the delivery process. My 5 stars is strictly for the food. But hey if they mess up getting it to you, they seem like the kind of convivial and accommodating people to make it right. So what's to lose.

I called to ask if they use peanut oil because my son has a peanut allergy. I was told they didn’t know and if there is an allergy to go somewhere else. I asked to speak with the owner and I was told he comes in just to get the money and if someone ask about an allergy, that’s what they are told to say. I asked who I was speaking to he said he was the manager. He was not rude about it. He was just being straight forward.
