I ordered from this place and we never received our food!!
Here's the story: We called and made our order at 6:21p.m and we kept calling the guy asking when the delivery guy will be there. The guy kept saying that the driver will be there in 5-10 minutes and he never came. The guy mentioned that the driver got into the accident and waiting for another driver. We called again and he had a driver and that he was going to be at our house in 10 minutes.
The last call was about getting our refund since it was already 9:03 p.m and still no food. The guy told us that the driver got stuck in the snow. This is when I demanded my refund back and he said he will and hung up immediately! I talked to my bank and asked if the money was refunded and they said it was not and we had to call the guy back.
We got our refund at 9:13 p.m.
I understand there is a blizzard outside but at the same time, the guy should have told us the reason why his drivers didn't arrive with the food! Also, if you know that there is a blizzard, don't have delivery drivers go out!!

I can only speak for myself… I’ve lived in the south for about 3 years and always told myself to try out this place, well I finally did 10-2-25, and it was delicious the fries I nearly ate it all in the car and I live about 3 minutes away lol

Went in there yesterday the inside could really use an upgrade, very non-welcoming very slow. Italian grinder was not an Italian grinder. I’m sorry baloney does not belong on Italian grinder. Neither does ham so they don’t know what they’re doing. Pizza was not good at all. said 20 minutes it was over a half an hour. I think that they need to really turn the oven up. Will not return. Food was not good at all.

Do not go here this pizza and steak and cheese is terrible it used to be good when terry owned it …..I don’t know why they changed everything up ….especially the cheese on pizza don’t taste the same or good at all this place probably going to be out of business once they lose all there old customers 🤮

I am very disappointed in Olympic Pizza on Broad Sr in Providence! in my food order today I ordered 2 seafood platters and its burned and not edible Please do better $88 dollar order and most is for the trash change your fry vats and make it right.....

I been eating this pizza and sandwiches for over 30 yrs and I can tell you it’s definitely not the same I ordered a family size with mush,olives and roni then a large steak cheese with onion this was so far off cheese didn’t even melt right …. STOP CUTTING CORNERS CHANGING RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS..just because your new owner don’t mean u will have the fan base that terry created please stop using cheap ingredients you can tell right away that cheese sucks it’s not even real that new steak u use trash I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN EVERRRR…. Excellent pizza is now my new hood pizza u lost a gd one
