First and foremost it's my first time coming to this lounge. I saw a Reel on Instagram - caught my attention.The hostess was super sweet, welcoming, friendly, & very attentive. She made sure we were satisfied with our food, drinks, & hookah. The staffs in general are a solid 5/5 - tables get cleaned within 5 minutes after you're done with your dish & drinks.As for the food, I'm honestly amazed. The Shawarma Mac & Cheese was delicious. Their famous Lamb chops with rice was a solid 4/5. Drinks were sweet & very fruity! That being said — we loved our first experience at OURS and will be back.

Great Atmosphere/Music, but the service and food is very disappointing. Did not live up to the online expectation and visual appeal that was displayed throughout social media.Unfortunately, my server could not reach the manager when it came to addressing concerns about being served cold food and the unwelcoming experience.Overall this restaurants has great potential once it becomes more in tune with the concerns and needs for it’s customer base.

Celebrated my birthday there and I had an incredible server named Chloe! She was amazing and so sweet! She made sure our party had everything we needed and went above and beyond for my birthday! Food was great and the drinks were gorgeous and tasted amazing!

My friends and I came in September and again last week. We should have learned the first time. Crystal served us on both occasions. The first time she and a male server who seemed to be involved were in a heated discussion that had us feeling like we were interrupting by asking for menus and drinks. She was completely uninterested and inattentive. Last week we had her again and she had the same disposition. We had to ask for menus and drinks and food took forever. She was on her phone every time we looked for her. I told everyone I could think of and we will not be back.
Loved my birthday celebration. Definitely on the pricey side but was well worth it. The music was great, vibes were great. Limited parking but they do have a parking lot next door for 20$.Mac and cheese was my fav dish !

She was our server both times and both times she was inattentive and frankly not interested. first time she and a male server seemed to be interrupted by our table needing water and menus. it felt as though they were in the middle of a serious discussion that we came between. last week had her again and she was rude and very unprofessional. our drinks took forever, food took forever and everytime we looked she was on her phone. never will any of us be back. I have mentioned it to my friends and family and they will not even think of going. never again!

Presentation and ambiance for a girls night, birthday bash, fun night out, or just a cute date idea really sell OURS and OURS II. Plus the food and service are top tier. You’re greeted with such warmth and welcome vibes and killer music you never want to leave.
Went with my boyfriend on a random Tuesday night and we had Meg as a bartender! She was amazing and attentive. Definitely making our way back soon!
