Putting my party at the bar when the server had left for the evening was in bad form. The bartender kindly asked us why were we there but kindly offered to serve us. She stated that the server had left for the day. When I noticed two parties being seated in the main dining area I asked about the discrepancy and another server aggressively stated he did not like my objection. Very bad form and low class treatment. We call this micro aggression.

Great lunch for three. Had the orange chicken, Mongolian beef and kung po chicken on the lunch menu with the lettuce wraps and dumplings as appetizers. Everything was just the right mix of spices and tasted great. Chante had our drinks and meals brought right out and did everything with a cheerful smile and pleasant personality. Perfect for Sunday lunch.

I expected a mediocre experience going into P.F. Chang's. But I wanted Chinese food and was ready to be proven wrong. Unfortunately I was not.
When we entered, we were immediately struck by a giant light screen printed with a woman holding a samurai sword. A bit on the nose. I will say, the warm lighting is very pleasant.
The service, on the other hand, was not so pleasant. I get the feeling our server was new, perhaps; she did not know how to use the POS system to seat us. After being seated by another, that original server took several minutes to greet us at the table. We saw her twice more; once to place our order, and once to pay (about 15 minutes after we had finished eating). No check ins, no pleasantries, not even silverware. The food runner who actually brought out our meal was very friendly.
As for the food, I have sort of a moral opposition to the attempt to elevate stir fry to a $30 fine dining presentation. Stir fry is quick, messy, and accessible to all. When the order did come, everything was bland. The fried rice was so sad. The orange chicken was extremely heavy on the rice vinegar, and the cucumber salad was devoid of it. The Mongolian trio was not entirely coated in sauce. The best thing on the table by a long shot was the green beans, which tasted like they were green beans stir fried directly in Sambal Oelek and garlic.
My opinion has not changed. If you want stir fry, visit an independent shop where a guy in a tank top smoking a cigarette is working the wok. That's where the heart is. Not in all this fancy pseudo-pan-Asian decor.

When i.got sick.one of your male waiters asked my fiance for the money for my meal while ambulance was there to make sure i didnt die on your floor but money is more important than my health so i will not be eating there anymore and i suggest to your guests not to eat there either seens they font care if someone got sick or not was toward 10/30/25
