The food is so comforting and delicious and the service is so friendly. It feels like your favorite aunt sent you home with an extra plate.

Haven't had a bad trip here. Food is always on point. This may be the best Caribbean spot we have in Prov.

Unbelievable value. Prices are low and food is phenomenal. I can't think of anywhere else where you get food this delicious for these prices. It's a gem of a place

The food here is delicious! Just tried for the first time tonight and I can’t rave enough. This is amazing, real homemade food, and it’s at the most reasonable prices. Definitely going to be my new go-to spot.

If I was a wise man I would eat lunch here every day. One of the best places to eat in the city

I tried the food for the first time today and honestly some of the best food I've had since coming to Providence not to mention the huge portions for a relatively low price! The owner was so sweet and you can tell a lot of love and care goes into what they make! The owner even gave me a portion of the special for free because she wanted more people to experience the chicken neck. This is definitely a hidden gem of providence

Great food however woman owner I assume is rude and stingy! I ordered a meal and then wanted just a small side of the peas and potatoes and she said we don’t have any small containers just big one and wanted to fill up like not even half way and charge me $10. I was like my whole dang meal was $12 why would I spend $10 on a side of dang potatoes ??‍♀️ Love the yuca pies and ball but only sells them on weekend. She says they don’t sell but all the reviews say otherwise.

This place is awesome. The food is delicious and good quality - often uses high quality local ingredients. The owner is very friendly and in the summer, buys some ingredients from the farmers market in the park. They say Caribbean people are very particular about their food so I can’t review it from that perspective. For me this is a fantastic spot for roti (must try) wraps and snacks and I always feel good after I eat it.

Vegetarian options: Roti wrap with vegetables (either calallo or vegetable mix) and curry chickpea potato with fried plantain for dessert - thank me later!

Parking: There is a parking lot and plenty of street parking by dexter park
