Everything was excellent from beginning to end. Got there a bit early. Notified the hostess and had a drink at the bar. Bartender was very friendly and made good suggestion's. Once we went back to the hostess our table was ready immediately. Conner was our server, he was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. To say the food was delicious is an understatement. Everything came out hot and timed perfectly. Any time our drinks were empty Conner was there to ask if we would like another. Valet was very busy when we left, but he was hustling and only waited a moment. Valet's father was there outside, we chatted about the old days on the hill for a bit, he was a nice man. It was a beautiful evening on the hill and a fantastic meal, will be coming back soon.

Had the Pasta Fagioli that was only fair. Had cubed potatoes and wasn't as creamy or flavorful as I have had at other establishments. Had a "fusilli" pasta dish that didn't have fusilli pasta in it, and the sausage was under-cooked.

The food is excellent and that's what is needed from a restaurant first and foremost. Apps, drinks, mains and desserts were awesome. The floorplan is extremely crowded with couples and parties sitting very, very close to each other. It was uncomfortable being so close to others while hoping for a more intimate evening. A few less seats would make it so much better. Service was fine and at the level expected for the prices they charge and the type of elevated experience they want to me.

Exquisite customer service experience, from hostess to bartender to waiter to manager. The food was fresh, artfully prepared and delicious. The squash blossom appetizer was prize winning. No frozen squash blossoms here (as are offered in other “fine” restaurants). These were fresh, delicate, lightly breaded and fried, and an absolute delight. My friend's chicken Milanese was perfectly cooked, juicy and savory on a bed of fresh baby arugula. I had my all-time favorite: guazzetto (fresh halibut, piennolo tomatoes, fresh littlenecks and chorizo). No restaurant in RI does it better than Pane. And, speaking of “no restaurant does it better”, for dessert we split the bread pudding. Unlike any bread pudding you'll have anytime, anywhere. You cannot beat the food and service here. Always an incredible experience!

We had a wonderful dinner during our trip to Providence. The food was amazing, from the lobster ravioli to the Scallop Risotto. Definitely have the arinchini! Service was perfect as well along with the pacing.

Our waitress was fantastic and the staff provided great service. One guest was wonderfully accommodated with a full gluten free menu to select from. All of our food was delicious with the exception of a luke warm, bland chicken saltimbocca. With the exception of this one entree, the food was outstanding and we hope to go to Pane Vino again soon.
