The woman at the register was nice and helpful. This location has plenty of seating. After lunch time, there were people in here on their laptops working in the booths. It seems like it would be a comfortable spot for that.
I remember the bread being better here when I was younger but it’s fine. This location does not have a drive through because it’s located inside the mall.

Racially profiled once me and my partner waked in. Yes we’re both black. White male worker making deep sighs and taking deep breaths as I’m ordering. He left mid order and another lady came and finished my order. I asked why she said because he’s uncomfortable. My partner immediately getting eyed down as soon as walked in. I don’t know how one could still be hired while being a racist.

Place my order to be ready at noon time I go to pick up the order. The order is not ready says that it’s ready. Someone must’ve walked off with my order. Then I asked the counter to make my order again and they deliberately took their time over an hour to make my order. I was on my own time on lunch break when you expect your lunch to be ready you expect your lunch to be ready. I will never go to your establishment ever again. You’re horrible employees!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered delivery through DoorDash for 10+ people and over half of the order was incorrect. One of the sandwiches was completely missing. Three of the soups were substituted for something not even remotely similar. I called the delivery driver and he confirmed there was only 2 bags that he was given, so this is clearly an issue with Panera. I wish I could pick which location to be delivered from, because the one in N. Attleboro is much better!

Order online, when I drove 20 minutes to pick up my order, they said they replaced what they had instead of what I ordered.
It’s not only happened one time.
It’s happened twice.
Speaks to the manager and hope she understands to respect customer’s orders!
Never had any stores in USA believe it’s okay to replace customer’s order without notifying. But this store’s manager thinks it’s okay!
Hopefully, the manager will get the situation resolved! Keep business transparent!

I don’t know why I even bothering have the food delivered from here because it’s never right and always disgusting! I got the soup and half sandwich, they didn’t give me the soup and gave me the most disgusting sloppy sandwich and rotten apple. Thanks
