The worst panara ive been too. Several things missing, no dishes, staff apathetic to issues. If you're in the providence place mall either go to the food court proper or use more money for cheesecake factory

I ordered a cup of soup and half a sandwich. I picked up my order and got back to my office, and there was no half of a sandwich in the bag. The soup was not even 3/4 qaurters full. The receipt says if your order is not right, please let a manager know. Well no one answers the phone so this is how I am letting the manager know. I would not order from this Panera again.

Panera is one of my go-to spots, and this was my first time visiting this location. I stopped in on my way back to NYC and was able to order quickly and get my food fast, which was perfect for being on the road. My sandwich and salad were fresh and delicious, just like I expect from Panera. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even got a discount for being signed up on their app, which was a nice bonus.

No public restrooms. Denied use of the one they do have to my disabled daughter that had to use it. Walked out, not giving them my business again
Great job kitchen & possible manager stream lining orders and handling hard people. Made me upset to see you guys have to deal with that but everything was handled pretty professionally. I got great service and great attitude. God Bless!

I ordered 8/21 they gave the Dasher the wrong order. I called and they said they were going to remake it and send me my order. That was almost 2 hours ago now and nothing happened. This isn't the first time they've messed up either, another time they promised to remake it and add a dessert. I got my food, cold, so it wasn't remade and no dessert. Stop promising things you're not going to actually do for the customer.
