Panera is one of my go-to spots, and this was my first time visiting this location. I stopped in on my way back to NYC and was able to order quickly and get my food fast, which was perfect for being on the road. My sandwich and salad were fresh and delicious, just like I expect from Panera. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even got a discount for being signed up on their app, which was a nice bonus.
Great job kitchen & possible manager stream lining orders and handling hard people. Made me upset to see you guys have to deal with that but everything was handled pretty professionally. I got great service and great attitude. God Bless!
Situated within Providence Place Mall, at street level, right next to major entrance, pick up and drop off point. Has private access directly onto street. Rather healthy meals available.
