This place gets the balance between creative and traditional just right. Absolutely delicious ramen, including a great spicy vegan bowl, as well as amazing small plates - and some of the best little desserts ever, including great savory ice creams which are great to finish the meal.
These folks have a great ongoing collaboration with an award winning ramen joint outside of Tokyo and it definitely shows.
The atmosphere is low key cool and cozy - superb date...
This place earned a perfect score of 5 for ramen. It’s been two long years since I finished the entire Tori ramen soup in New England. And guess what? This is the first ramen restaurant in the New England to achieve that feat.
