If I could put 0 stars I would. I made a reservation for a Monday night for a Birthday. They said they were open and allowed the reservation. They even sent me a confirmation the day of for the reservation. I showed up at the time of the reservation to the doors locked, gate closed, and the lights off. Horrible, absolutely horrible for business. This is not the only time I’ve heard of this happening to someone. Do not go here.

We arrived to the restaurant at our confirmed reservation time, and the restaurant was not open. Both Open Table and Pine Street should have caught an issue like this - if the restaurant isnt going to be open, you shouldnt be able to make a reservation. Very disappointing

We stopped in for a drink and ended up playing Cards Against Humanity. The whole staff was lots of fun! Highly recommend this place for a very fun evening.

Randomly stumbled across this restaurant while staying at the aloft which is in walking distance. I wish I hadn’t. While the photos and menu made the place look appeasing, the employees were not. I over heard them saying horrible things about a customer who had just walked out and did not tip well apparently. Race, size or color has nothing to do with peoples finances. I hope I was not a subject of ridicule after walking out as well.

Was so excited to try this spot. But would never come here ever. I made a reservation 1 month in advance for my 25th birthday dinner with 12 guests. I spoke to someone on the phone and I even got a text asking me to confirm my reservation the day prior. My 12 guest and I arrived and THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. No phone calls going through! No one to reach out too, completely ghosted. This felt like a scam. I am still extremely upset. Very unprofessional. Luckily is wasn't a weekend and we were able to get a last minute reservation. I don't recommend.

We made a reservation called the restaurant and it eas closed but both on their website and online said it was opened we called different numbers and nothing. Their socials did not show or say if they had shut down or closed for the night

Apparently they are "changing everything," but they neglected to tell us. Not telling a couple that made a reservation that you are changing the theme and management is rude. I am shocked that anyone thought that was an ok move. The waitress had the menu hand-written on yellow legal paper. The menu was drastically reduced so that most of the options were no longer available. The whole vibe was off. I was really disappointed in the whole experience. GOOD NEWS, though: the drinks were still freaking awesome! So there is that.
