Beware. Abysmal service. We ordered five large pizzas for a party an hour and a half ahead of time. They gave us an oddly specific time to pick up. We arrived at that time and were told they needed ten or fifteen more minutes as the orders were backed up. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES later our order was finally done. FORTY FIVE MINUTES we sat waiting, watching order after order come in, get made, get served and eaten while we had thirteen people waiting to eat.
When we asked what took so long we got a vacuous stare from the blank faced girl at the counter followed by a well practiced, but grossly insincere “sorry.”
She explained that they had dropped one of the pizzas pulling it out of the oven and had to re-make it.
I know personally that it takes approximately twelve minutes to make a pizza.
At that point I realized that these idiots had placed the re-make at the back of the cue instead of immediately making a new one. EVERY OTHER ORDER THAT HAD COME IN AFTER US WAS MADE BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED THE ONE PIZZA THEY DROPPED!!
To top it off, all the other pizzas we had ordered sat on the counter for forty minutes going cold.
They’ve screwed us over in similar ways before. Long unexplained waits for simple orders. It’s a result of really bad management and procedures. They’re relying on a reputation of great food to cover for their horrible customer service.
If you’re willing to wait forever for cold pizza, this is your place. I don’t care how good the pizza is, their “customer last” policies have guaranteed I will never set foot in their business again.

pizza is never cooked the way you order it!!! and there music when they put you on hold is trash and stupid!
Decent, but pretty inconsistent pizza quality. The Margherita pizza (Marg AF) was overly oily and floppy, but it had a pretty mild taste. Broc Nation & North Provolone were both really dry, and the North Provolone’s crust were too charred for my liking. The meat & flavors in the North Provolone were really absent, but I did like the shallot $ broccoli combination. Overall, the pizza variety didn’t make up for the shortcomings in quality.

Very good, just way to pricey almost 30 for a cheese pizza is a little crazy
The pizza is excellent. However, I have two criticisms that would make this place perfect. First, the time it took to order took longer than it usually takes to get a pizza. We waited about 40-60 minutes for a whole pizza on two separate occasions, and on a third occasion we waited 30 minutes for 3 slices (which were still lukewarm). Also, I would say that the kitchen exhaust system must be faulty, as we always leave the restaurant with the smell of food and smoke on our clothes. It would be perfect if they fixed these problems. Keep up the good work!

Just waste of money and time. The Pizzas are made with least amount of ingredients as possible to max the profitability of the business. You pay for a red dyed bread with tomato sauce basically. The pizza left overs becomes solid when you leave it for later.

Delicious pizza with a warm friendly vibe. Self seating and they give you a number to take to your table. Alcohol options available for craft beer and wine. Great crunch to the dough and the toppings are good quality. A little pricey but worth it 🤤

Was charged for a 5$ tip I did not give or approve, barely any seating. Loud and way too small.

Great pizza! Love the slices and I really enjoy the atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and helpful. One of my favorites!! The only reason they lost a star is because I have tried 3 appetizers (crazy bread, weenie fries, and buffalo sticks) and each was
underwhelming :(

This place will charge your one price, then add extra money onto it so it is a higher price when it is charged to your bank or credit card. This is bad business and if you want more money for your employees, pay them more. And the food isn’t that great for the quality (or lack thereof) that you receive.

Restaurantji Recommends
Last Wednesday night, I picked up two pizzas from Pizza Marvin, costing around $52. I didn't leave a tip as I was only picking up. However, someone at the store added a $13 tip to my order without my knowledge. I was charged $65 on my credit card. Although the pizza was good, I was disappointed by the theft. (I ordered under the name Jill, last four of the phone number 8226, on 11/27.)
Sitting outside was really nice but the pizza was burnt when served. There was also a plastic like taste in every bite. I think it was the dough. When we asked how big the slices were, they estimated a lot bigger than what we received. Happy to recommend pizza pier down the street. Better food and better price.

Interesting. The pizza was quite good. We ordered the Chez Flambee with bacon, apple, potato. We never tasted any bacon. Outside of that, we still liked the pizza. Nice crust, not floppy.
