Spent $30 for a salad and chicken wings, waited well over an hour and then delivered without silverware. I didn't hate the food but having to eat salad with my fingers was very unpleasant. I was not at a residence so had no access to silverware.

Pizza Roma was one of my favorite pizza spots to go to. The taste and quality never disappointed. But i just bought 2 large cheese and notice the original owner (older gentleman) wasn’t there, and a bunch of new faces. Long story short pizza was horrible, after like 40 mins waiting. On top of that i called at 3:58 and they answered and said they didn’t open until 4, so over 2 mins the guy couldn’t take my order. And then i call and call over again after 4 and no answer i had to go in. Meaning they also changed their hours from 1 PM. Ill never order again.

Sent wrong food and when I called to let them know they didn't offer to send the right food. Said they'd give me $6 off my order... which was not the difference in price between what they sent and what I paid for. Never received a refund. Won't be ordering from there again.

Terrible. Getting frozen would have been better. Thin, over cooked and over priced. 2 bites per slice. I'm seriously angry. So tired of being ripped off yet again. Beware Roma. You will close down as that is what you deserve. Disgusting.
