Got the pepperoni slice, as I believe it to be the great equalizer in judging the baseline quality and flavor at pizzerias. The slice I got today was fresh out of the oven, and that is appreciated.
That said, it was fine. But this pizza take no risks. It rises to no challenges, and it plays every element safe, ignoring the risk of coming across as boring and forgettable.
By no means is Pizzeria Gusto serving bad pizza. But I must say; have I had better from the frozen food aisle? Yes.

The pizza is AMAZING. We came from Ohio, and this place came up first in our search for pizza in federal hill. We see why. The gluten free crust is delicious, the toppings are plentiful, and his cheese blend is absolute perfection.
