Service wasn’t the best, but he did his job so who am I to complain. Wasn’t a fan of the coffee either.

My sister was getting married in Providence on 12/2. We were staying at the Graduate and the wedding party was getting ready there. I reached out to the café owner, Shana late to request catering. She kindly stated she was able to offer what she had on the café menu. I ordered coffee, decaf coffee, breakfast sandwiches and parfaits. Everything was fantastic. The breakfast sandwich was one of the best I've had. They delivered on time and made sure we had everything we needed.I had asked the hotel for an ice bucket, but they didn't have one except for the small square cup for ice in the rooms. I asked the café if they had one and the gentleman working was kind enough to go check the restaurant to see if they had one and delivered! All in all food was delicious and I was most impressed by the customer service. Thank you!

We o let went here as it's attached to the hotel and a few reviews said the breakfast sandwich was amazing.... Well, it's something that for sure. If you like powdered eggs and pump cheese then you'll like it. It was the most disgusting bacon egg and cheese sandwich we have ever had. Hot drip coffee is sub par.Lattes were excellent! Customer service was ok. A very stoic guy at the register who was not interested in engaging in conversation with the only guests in the lobby ‍

This cafe is well integrated with a hotel and has a similar theme making it seem like a very smooth transition from one part of the building to another. The coffee is great and there is food/music to go with it.I went when it was pretty empty, but the tables were pretty dirty. I remember walking past most of the tables to find one that wasn't covered in stains or food crumbs. While there are a lot of tables, this environment made me think this cafe was more of a to-go location where you pick up your coffee and leave the store immediately. Aside from that, it seemed like a nice place where I could spend some time for a chat or to read a book.

Loved being here as usual. The baristas always remember me even when I haven't been in a while. The banana nut muffin warmed up was phenomenenal and my coffee was fantastic. I love this place so much.

I’m so confused…I wanted to order a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel but they said they can’t do that, only on brioche rolls. But there are multiple photos in the reviews of bagel sandwiches? Coffee was fine, it’s a nice little spot, just lots of negative reviews about the service and they clearly change how they do things/what they serve daily so doesn’t seem like a reliable option if you know what you’re looking for.

It's attached to a hotel. Coffee is old. And I can order a bagel. I can order a b.e.c. but I can't order a b.e.c. on a bagel? I hate this world.

Nice coffee shop in the hotel room. Cortado sure beats drip coffee but not the best in the city. I did enjoy the BEC sandwich. I did enjoy the ambiance!

Cute coffee shop in the Graduate Hotel. The service was fine (similar to a Starbucks) I was misled by the Turkey BLT - I assumed it was Turkey bacon, it was not. The dining area is fine, but could use more frequent cleaning. In juxtaposition to the elegance of the Graduate Hotel, it could be a little better.

The breakfast sandwiches are bomb! Don't let the fact that it is in a hotel detour you

Stayed in the Graduate Biltmore Hotel and this coffee joint is in the lobby and had breakfast sandwiches, staff super nice, muffins, old school atmosphere, you can reserve a table in the back. Visited twice, would go back.

I work Next Door and I go there quite often. Normally pay about 5.40 for a large Decaf Latte. Today 3-06-2023 The young girl at the counter rang me up and I handed her a Twenty. She gave me 14.50 Back and I looked at my change to give her a Tip and realized she shorted me .10 Cents. So I questioned her and looked at the register and it said I should be getting 14.60 for change. I said you owe me .10 Cents. She replied I Don't have any Dimes. I said but you still owe me money and she said we don't have any dimes and looked away. This is so unacceptable in so many ways. Why do I have to eat the change? What about two Nickles, or how about telling me I'm sorry I don't have any dimes and charge me .10 cents less. I work at City Hall my name is Amy, dare you to come find me and make it right. Never buying coffee there again, Topper had to microwave my coffee because it was cold. Peace out.
