tonight I ordered food for my family. I had the food delivered and when the food showed up, it was missing two miso chicken Ramen. I tried to call and a young lady answered the phone and I explained what happened. She said there’s nothing that she could do so I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is not one to call back tomorrow.. I asked what her name was, and she immediately hung up on me and when I tried to call back, they would not answer the phone. I tried at least 10 times. my husband tried to call about 20 minutes later and when they answered the phone, he started to speak and mentioned that my wife had ordered and part of her order was missing. He was immediately hung up on, he called back again and began to speak and was again hung up on. this was hands-down, the rudest customer service that I have ever received and lost $20 dollars in the process, and had to find my 8 year old child food elsewhere. happy Columbus day I guess.

The atmosphere is comfortable, couples, adults, and friends, not really for kids. The flickering lights were slightly annoying. But the good was decent portions are just right, you won't leave feeling bloated, but will leave satisfied if you're looking for a new experience, not bad I had the huli huli. Good combinations wish sample sizes and more reviews of good dishes to try plenty of food.. top question is are they using water filters as public water in providence carries pfa forever chemicals we want to knkw if your filtering water for pfas to make your drinks safe?? Ice abd water??

It’s conveniently located, and parking is super smooth. There are so many dishes to choose from that it’s hard to decide, and the service is prompt—staff respond as soon as you call!
I payed $13 for two bobas that had no boba?? The drink itself was fine but wdym your charging $7 for boba that doesn’t have boba… They texted that it was finished and when I came over they hadn’t even began making it. My friend ordered on the screen and they waited 15 minutes to start it. Yes, they were a bit busy but why are you taking other people’s orders when they ordered after my friend?
