In comparison to NYC store... this place in province need intervention... I came back after 10+ years to the store because the person on NYC store told me to come back. In the time I was waiting for the food I was able to see my food ready and I have to ask about it... and they say it's almost ready... but I ask for regular frie chicken, with chicken ready... to serve... we have to wait for almost 25 minutes to get the food... In the time I ask for my food, the person on the kitche clean his nose... and did not change the plastic gloves... after almost 11 years without coming.... I will never come back... this place need attention

How can you own a Pollo Campero without real pollo campero ketchup . There’s never chicken on rack and when they rush to cook be saggy and not enjoyable. Price is very expensive for it not be correctly done … what an embarrassment
