The chicken was really greasy but had a good flavor, I'll try the grilled instead next time. My rice had a few hard pieces in it. The yucca fries and plantains were really good. The empanada was just ok, for a fast food restaurant they were decent. Love the dipping sauce provided! Service was great and my order was ready fairly quickly. I'd visit again just change up my order selection.

Been wanting chicken and not none of that Popeyes chicken am not knocked Popeyes but this chicken i got from Pollo is really good mad me feel like I was back in Dallas when I first laid eyes on this restaurant.

In comparison to NYC store... this place in province need intervention... I came back after 10+ years to the store because the person on NYC store told me to come back. In the time I was waiting for the food I was able to see my food ready and I have to ask about it... and they say it's almost ready... but I ask for regular frie chicken, with chicken ready... to serve... we have to wait for almost 25 minutes to get the food... In the time I ask for my food, the person on the kitche clean his nose... and did not change the plastic gloves... after almost 11 years without coming.... I will never come back... this place need attention
