Finding this pollo campero in Providence was fantastic. This was because my American wife who was born in the U.S Who’d I recently took to Guatemala enjoyed the food over there. When we went to eat at the pollo campero in providence she was highly satisfied with the service and food which was so similar to the one in Guatemala. I’ll definitely be coming back to eat here with my wife again. I’m glad she’s able to share a part of my culture in Guatemala and in the U.SVegetarian options: They have sides which are vegetarian apart from the chicken.Parking: There’s plenty of open space to part it’s a big parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp to go into the store so there is wheelchair accessibility.

This place has a higher review than it should because every single time I have been to this place I either have to wait an extremely long time and even with placing my order on line and giving them extra time my order is never ready and when it is ready the workers trying to fight you to get your order and accuse you of stealing your own order and I will never understand how no matter long you wait for your order it is always cold and needs to be reheated just to travel less than a mile away and I have yet to ever have a good experience at this place and even when you give them a bad review with their app you never hear from anyone no matter how many times you say you would like to talk to someone about your experience I honestly think all of their reviews higher than a two are either from employees that currently work there and their friends because there is no way anyone is honestly giving this place more than a two if I could give this place less than a one star rating I would I am so disappointed because when the food is warm it good but when receiving food that is supposedly hot and fresh out the frier it shouldn’t need to be warmed after less than 10 minutes of receiving it I can only imagine how people feel when they order food for eat in that can’t warm their foodParking: Huge parking lot shared with other businessesKid-friendliness: Basic kid mealWheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp but can’t say it was intended or installed for this purpose
