Mind you my order was placed at 8:03 it’s 8:19 and the food is already prepared, SLOW SLOW SLOW I mean every time I pull up😳🫡.
Very slow - I understand if it was busy, but it was DEAD, barely anyone inside or so.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review, but this place certainly deserves one. I’m not sure if the employees are incompetent, management is terrible, or both. First of all, ordering took like twenty minutes. There wasn’t even anyone in line. Employees just ignore customers for ten minutes at a time. Having worked fast food, I understand that things get busy. I’ve never seen such egregious behavior from employees though. When I finally ordered, the food took more than half an hour. Since when is that fast food? At that point, why wouldn’t I just sit down at a restaurant and kick my feet up? Mind you, the restaurant was almost empty. It was like 9 pm. I finally got my food, and the damn biscuit was missing. Are you kidding? No biscuit?????? It had been like forty minutes at this point. So I went back, hoping to just get a biscuit quickly and get back to eating. Did that happen? Spoiler: no. I waited for like ten more minutes, and the people behind me started leaving. The other customers and I even started bonding over how atrocious the customer service here was . Finally, I had enough and just called into the kitchen and finally got my biscuit. It took over an hour for my full order. Who wants to wait that damn long for food? Management needs to schedule more people, or actually train employees. Aside from service, the food was fine. The restaurant is a normal fast food restaurant. The booth thing we sat on was pretty wobbly. I didn’t realize I picked the rocking chair option, but I guess that’s fine. The food certainly wasn’t worth an hour of waiting, that’s for sure. This was an embarrassing experience for the restaurant, and the way customers were treated is reprehensible. Go to Canes or something

I ordered a five piece blackened chicken then received my receipt that said regular chicken tenders so i spoke with another lady and she told me yes blackened chicken and of course i didn't get that so back to cashier were i get told i didn't order blackened chicken and by the way it took a minute to explain to her what blackened chicken was then i got 4 pieces of blackened chicken for the price of 5

Slow incompetent workers. So because you can't work fast and efficient you just cost me my tip on doordash. You guys were losing slips making orders out of order. Forgetting about people waiting and all my order was missing was apple pies. You couldn't communicate and get the order complete. It was 15 min late. And then you see people staring at you and you're all moving at a snail pace. Manager was useless. Don't bother ordering delivery from here. This place is clueless.

Let me just start off by saying that ,THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT POPEYES,THEIR FOUNTAIN WASNT WORKING,THE MAC AND CHEESE TASTED AWFUL,THEY WERE LITERALLY TALKING INNA GROUP WITHOUT TAKING NOBODY ORDERS,AND I ALMOST BUSTED MY ASS WALKING IN THERE THREE

Bad customer service, didn’t have any soft drinks and not only were they out of apple pie, but without even mention it they substituted 2 pies for 1 small and burned biscuit! And when asked about the substitution they said it’s all they have. And turned and walked away. Hands down the worst Popeyes in New England!!! 🤬

Unfortunately I have gone to this location multiple times and somehow it manages to get worse EVERY TIME! The service is horrible, workers are extremely slow and do whatever they can expect work. The last 2 times I have gone in my orders where not ready and while I waited employees chose to either walk away and text or just blatantly take phone calls while at the counter. That's not including the multiple health code violations I witnessed including using cell phones with and without gloves on while handling orders and money in-between with absolutely NO hand washing (Notice the phone on front woman and the woman behind her picking up food with no gloves on...she just rang a customer out, turned and started grabbing food). Unbelievably horrible service.

Terrible. You order online and go there to find out they have no sides besides rice and beans and they only have bone in chicken available. Ridiculous, waste of my lunch break. I'm pissed.
