The absolute worst customer service, very long waits and the employees working the counter are more worried about what they’ll be doing after work than getting the food ready. I won’t be coming back, have it another try and it’s even worse this time.

Bunch of stupid teens inside flirting with a bunch of girls locking the door a half hour early, letting the girls stay in with them instead of serving food to customers, bunch of losers need to be firedUpdate: tried them again... stupidly. Was picking up lunch for my fiancée and her co. Workers.scheduled pick up time was 110, ordered on the app.I showed up at 105 and they didn't begin making my order till 120. I finally got out of the store at 135 with her lunch beginning at 130.

My first time at Popeyes as I’m new to the area. I missed the speaker in the drive thru as it’s raining and didn’t see it. The person at the windows tells me off and told me I’d have to go back to the speak then abruptly closed the window. I go back make my order, then I picked it up. I checked it before I drove off and realised my fries were missing! So I drive back round to let them know. The person serving doesn’t acknowledge that he forgot to put the fries in and say I’ll just charge you for another fries?????I drive to the window to try and understand this. He then says I’m just trying to get free fries???? The amount of times I drive round is the sign of someone trying to get anything for free!!! He then argues with me at the window, then lets me know…wait for it…he’s the manager??‍♀️??‍♀️. He then hands me over to another member of staff who asked for my receipt and both go quiet as the MANAGER SAID I DIDNT ORDER FRIES??? But yet it’s there on the receipt. The other member of staff then gives us the fries.THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!! Avoid this place at all costs

I've always loved this location ❤️Just went with a gift card and the System did not accept them.?? Place my order paid with cash. Then I talk to a manager passing by He happened to be the district manager. I explained my granddaughter bought me the card. He compt me the order because It's a new franchise and has not turned over the system for popeye's.? Then the manager of this new franchise came out and said sir was there a problem with the service or food? I said no absolutely not thank you so much for asking.

While I like Popeys Chicken, the location on Reservoir Ave in Providence is a complete joke. Very unprofessional, rude, and lazy....Went there and stood there for over 35 minutes while the workers ignored us. However, they kept looking at us to see if we were still there. When one worker finally did acknowledge us, told us that if we wanted anything else but chicken nuggets, we would have to go to KFC. This was at almost 6 pm, during dinner time. When I asked what she meant, she said they didn't have any chicken. I told her I could wait for the fresh batch, no big deal. She said I would have to wait till the next day because she wasn't making any more then walked away while the rest of the staff chuckled.What chicken joint doesn't have chicken or plan to make any during a dinner rush. And where is it okay for workers to speak to customers rudely.Had this been one of my staff, I would of fired her on the spot!Only reason for 1 star is because I couldn't give zero.

Waited in drive thru line for a long time when it got to my turn the girl taking my order rudely asked me what I wanted for a drink I told her I wanted a MEDIUM SIZED DRINK SHE DIDNT EVEN LET ME FINISH MY SENTENCE WHEN SHE RUDELY SAID I DONT HAVE THAT SODA RN I SAID OKAY SO I told her medium sprite and she gives me my total I pull up to the window and she pulls out a Small sized coke like she couldn’t be anymore serious. Rudely took my order and rushed me and on top of that she GAVE ME THE WRONG DRINK AND SIZE AND I WAS MISSING MY FRIES this SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS UNACCEPTABLE DO BETTER. And hire polite people I’ve worked in fast food myself and never have treated customers this way Ruined my mood .

I put an order on the app, I have rewards. Points, is it says it was supposed to be open till 10 o'clock. The drive through at 9:03 PM I placed my order in at like 9. 08 I was unlying i got up to the speaker. I told her I had a mobile order they were Close, I asked them what time they close, they said 930, it's 9930, then I said. Well, I'm in your app. It says you guys are open till 10 cause. Yeah , but we're usually close at nine thirty , but we don't have anything so we close early, I asked on what happened to my reward points that I need for my order did not get an answer back. I ended up losing my points. Never getting my food. I tried calling them and I could not get a call back or no one would answer the phone. What a waste of time.

My Dasher wasn’t picking up my food so I called the store and they said that they couldn’t cancel the order and that they had run out of food because they stopped making food at 8:30 even though they close at 10. moments after I called they were able to cancel my order after the lady that I spoke to insisted that she couldn’t and I only got partial refund. They were out of food by nine, which is when I placed my order, so what do they even do until 10? The experience was poor, and the service was worse.
