7/19/25 was our wedding day. We had approximately 8-weeks to plan. We had a back yard wedding so we chose to have buffet style meal. The planner I dealt with made it so easy, I knew what I wanted,changed it up a few times. She was super accommodating.The food and the staff was AMAZING. The 2 gentlemen who we had ( I thought we just to serve our food) did more than that. They served coffee and cake that I brought myself, cleaned up guest tables, none of which was on my contract....read full review
I am still shocked at how Pranzi mismanaged the food and beverage at the wedding of my friends in June. I understand the impact of staffing issues today, but the accountability of ownership does not get a pass. If you're going to be 15 minutes late, you call. If you show up 2 hours late and don't call, you suck. If your staff decides to "divy" up the alcohol purchased by the bride/groom at the end of the night, you're employing and enabling thieves. I’ve never been so disappointed with service in my life. My husband and I were married on June 3, 2022 in Narragansett and chose Pranzi to handle the details at both our ceremony and towers reception. To start, I was late for our ceremony because I had to call and find out where the items to be delivered to our service were. They ended up 2 hours late, without so much as an apology.
