Pranzi Catering Made My Sister’s Baby Shower So Special!
I can’t say enough amazing things about Pranzi Catering! They helped make my sister’s baby shower absolutely perfect, and I’m still so grateful for how thoughtful and professional they were every step of the way.
Working with Lisa was a dream. She was warm and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. I never felt stressed because she handled everything with such confidence and kindness.
The food was incredible! Every dish looked beautiful and tasted even better—our guests are STILL talking about it! Everything felt high quality and homemade, not like typical “catering food.”
But the best part? My sister LOVES coconut cake, and Lisa actually had a homemade coconut cake made from scratch as a surprise just for her. When we brought it out, my sister almost cried. It was such a sweet, personal touch that meant the world to us.
The service was flawless, the presentation was gorgeous, and the whole day went smoothly thanks to them.

No mention of all of the cold food or lack of family style. You stand by that as an owner? Also, Alyssa and I were the booking clients. It’s odd seeing you bring up my mother in law for no feasible reason. She initiated the conversation of our night’s-shortcomings (as we were honeymooning), and that was a week ago. My wife then called to touch base, despite us leaving for vacation, and was told we’d hear back. We were only looking for some recognition, but instead we were met with the same defensive + deflecting behavior that we received from the staff on our wedding night. The professionalism is apparent. How embarrassing as the business owner to respond in such a manner. Anyone who reads your reply can see how serious you take professionalism, Lisa. You hung up on my wife, that’s not professional. She had to call you back and you still disrespected us, and you still hung up on her at the end. Nasty. To pay $27,000 for a wedding and to be dismissed like that is so disheartening. For 91 people to all have cold food, and guests not receiving cake and favors is beyond unacceptable. So many disasters, but the concern is on the review and not taking accountability. A simple sorry would’ve went a long way.

7/19/25 was our wedding day. We had approximately 8-weeks to plan. We had a back yard wedding so we chose to have buffet style meal. The planner I dealt with made it so easy, I knew what I wanted,changed it up a few times. She was super accommodating.The food and the staff was AMAZING. The 2 gentlemen who we had ( I thought we just to serve our food) did more than that. They served coffee and cake that I brought myself, cleaned up guest tables, none of which was on my contract. They took care of us and we definitely took care of them.
10 out of 10 for sure.

I’m SO glad we booked Pranzi to cater our June 2025 wedding!! Not only was the food delicious (we had so many friends and family tell us how much they liked it) but the staff was amazing. Throughout the night I had the kindest bar tenders and servers, always making sure I had food and helped with anything else I needed.
Special shout out to Elizabeth!! She helped me plan every detail of our day from the very beginning. She was so easy to work with and responded to (all) of my emails within a day. I recently catered an event for about 50. I chose lobster rolls, California chicken salad rolls, Italian grinders, mixed green salad, orzo with spinach and sun dried tomatoes, potato salad with grilled veggies and an Italian cookie tray and pastry tray. The selections were more interesting than the usual fare from caterers and cooked perfectly. All the choices were delicious and got rave reviews from the guests. The presentation was lovely as well and we had plenty of food to go around. (actually people asked to take left overs home!) One guest does event planning and was very impressed. I would not hesitate to use Pranzi again in the future.

Pranzi did a wonderful job at my April wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, the set up of the buffet tables were beautiful and the dessert presentation was gorgeous. The baker did a wonderful job decorating my wedding cake, above and beyond what I expected! They even took some of my real flowers and added them onto the cake, what a nice touch. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I would certainly hire them again! Pranzi works with our venue, the Shelter Harbor Inn, which was a beautiful setting.

I loved that they were very accommodating to my needs planning everything. the day of they arrived on time, had everything set up beautifully and were ready with our signature drinks the second we said our I do’s! I honestly wish I had a bigger budget just to utilize more of their amazing event and catering options! The food was great and the serving staff and bar tender were amazing. Everyone loved their experience interacting with them I’m sad I forgot their names but they did an amazing job and I hope they get to see my review!
