Place went down hill. Have been going to the halloween event for years and never had an issue before. This year the line was told to stay waiting in the rain after doors were supposed to open because of “issues” inside. The crowd was very young and immature, yelling “6 7”, seemed like a high school prom. Dj sucked and bar tenders were very rude. After asking the price of a drink the bartender told me the price and then walked away as if i wasn’t going to pay. When asking another person behind the counter was told he had to ask and started laughing as if something funny was said so I asked “are all the drinks the same price? ” and was looked at like I had 10 heads and received no response. Left after an hour and will not be back.

Over zealous and rude security. Waited 15+ minutes outside because the bouncer thought my government issued driver's license was fake and confiscate it. I had to call the police to come run my driver's license to prove it was real and get it back. Staff never apologized. I guess you need to bring your passport or have Police Dispatch on speed dial to get in.

Gorgeous place with nice security and plenty of spots for the vibe you want. Dance floor is beautiful, bars are pretty, there is sitting areas and elevated dancing places. 10/10 will come back with my dancing shoes

The place is very nice. We went for the comedy show this past Saturday. The show was good but the drinks we got were expensive and watered down. Rum and coke tasted like flat coke with no rum. And the drink I had tasted like watered down orange juice with no disaronno. We got it from the first bar next to the ladies room.

EDM NIGHT WAS TRASH. Generic club music more like it. Out of touch with the actual EDM community. Bring earplugs as they have no clue what they are doing in terms of sound quality. Drinks were overpriced controlled pours (half shots) for $15 a drink. The bar was poorly stocked, no limes or proper mixers. Saturday night and only our group showed up of 8 ppl. Hookah was the only saving grace, otherwise we would have left at midnight and for that 1/10. Do better Mezzo.

I’m feeling very generous and was inclined to leave an extravagant tip after earning a substantial commission from uninformed individuals. Don’t get me wrong, while the steak here was excellent! The same can’t be said for the Service and Ambiance. It needs Improvement! They could achieve a five-star rating by enhancing both. Employ a more attentive valet who isn’t distracted by her phone, and eliminate the noise, no matter its source. Please help your guests in enjoying their meals and celebrating.
