Don’t go to G pub if you are interested in watching a sport other than football on a Sunday …we were told we could not watch F1 this Sunday because football HAD to be on every television although soccer was on one of the TVs keep in mind we were THE ONLY table ordering food at the time …terrible customer service

We dined at this location twice in the past year and had a good experience. Unfortunately last night was disappointing to say the least. We had a 5:00 reservation and didn't get seated until 5:40. There were open tables and no one was at the host/hostess location. Once seated we put in our drink order and that took 45 minutes to receive our drinks and one drink was wrong. The apps came out after 20 minutes and our burgers took FOREVER to come out from the kitchen. My daughter had a spicy dressing on her roll and she couldn't eat it. Three of the burgers were not cooked to the correct temperature. The server put in a second round of drinks and they never came out. We asked for the check and the manager apologized for the service. She took 25% off and it still was painful to pay for what we received. We were told they were busy setting up for a wedding later that night but that should affect diners with reservations. This was a frustrating experience and did not live up to the standard we had previously enjoyed here.

I KNOW THIS IS A PUB STYLE PLACE ,BUT HONESTLY THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR WAITING AN HOUR FOR OUR DRINKS, IT WAS'NT EVEN BUSY. WE ASKED FOR MEDIUM AND WE ALL GOT WELL DONE, WRONG DRINKS. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT OUR DRINKS, THE SERVER RESPONDED " WE'RE BUSY WITH OTHER STUFF" . I WAS'NT EXPECTING TOP NOTCH , BUT EXPECTING AT LEAST SOMETHING TO BE GOOD OR GO WELL. PRETTY MUCH ALL OF US WERE IN AGREEMENT TO NEVER COME BACK.

They advertised a “watch party” for football games, and it definitely was not that. No ambiance or excitement— they didn't even have the TV volume on to hear the game.

The food was really good and our service was good but the server didn't seem too happy, not a lot of smiles or engagement. The tiny seats were uncomfortable. We did enjoy the energy of the pub though.

We made reservations, but when we arrived, decided to sit at the bar. We let the host station of our change. We placed an order of wine, after we received it, they asked for a card to keep on for the tab. Didn't think anything of it. We had an app, and each ordered meals which were delicious. Enjoyed more wines, asked for bill, included the tip signed and off we went to the Waterfire. However we received 2 separate charges on our card. Ours and another, when we called one gentleman said he'd take care of it, Days went buy, called again, he transferred us to a woman who after a discussion ultimately said I'm not taking that charge off. Called and spoke to the same Gentleman and explained what happened. He seemed very apologetic and said he'd speak with manager and get this resolved. almost a week and those charges are still on our card. It's too bad, we really liked it there! Regards Mike T

Chris the manager was AMAZING! Thank you Chris for going soooooooo far above and beyond for the group of people I brought in. Your restaurant is soooooo lucky to have you! Thank you for all your kindness and professionalism! My group was soooooo impressed with the food (YUM), Julia our waitress who was literally AMAZING and yourself!
