Rude staff, ask for a cup and the kitchen girl simple ignore and turn her back and walked away. Asked to the front 2 people working and they simple ignored my request. Way to treat your customer! Staff need to be trained not to be so lazy and take care their customer better. Also have the kid wear pants that is not falling in his knees

The food was really good, but I've heard that other Kong Dog restaurants are much better. i will say, they do have some of the best seating in the whole mall, but when i went there, almost all of the tables were dirty. the people working were nice, but we had to repeat our order a few times cuz they kept getting our order wrong. i would go here again, mainly because its the closest to me.

Supppperrr slow for a fried food place. The idea is cool but it was just a complete miss for me. Save your time and money and just buy some frozen corndogs and call it a day. The lemonade was tasty I'll give them that much.

First time trying Kong Dogs. I ordered the sweet potato 1/2 cheese, 1/2 beef with crushed hot Cheetos on the side. I was pleasantly surprised. The cheese was better than the dog and I think the crushed hot Cheetos gave some good flavor layers and texture. It is in the food court at Prov Place so if you're expected Michelin Star service, heavy eye roll. Be kind :)

I ordered the “KONG Chicken wings” there was absolutely nothing kong about them. with my previous experience working in restaurants these were simply Sisco’s frozen pre made wings and no matter if you ask for sauce on the side or not, they give you the sauce on the side. They don’t even toss the wings. But it is food court fast food your kids might like it

Tried out the place, after seeing online for awhile, got the potato and hot Cheetos one both half hot dog and cheese. I think I would prefer just all cheese. I asked for sauce on the potato one and never got it on top. Also was just eh there are better k-dogs around. Never ate the hot Cheetos one cause I open the box and there was a big black hair on it, so don’t think I’ll be going there again. Also took like 30mins to make.
They were at number 13 when my number was 506. Food was mid. Spicy mayo was sweet. Girl choked on the cheese too stringy.
