Every weekend night, the disturbance lasts into the early hours, with bass and drumbeats echoing through the neighborhood. Completely no consideration for others.

Went today for brunch and will not return. Service was slow, not welcoming at all. The place is beautiful, but now I understand why it was so dead. I was embarrassed since I brought all my friends which was suppose to be a relaxing Sunday. I will not return.

This place used to be a hidden gem. Service, drinks, food were top notch. I was looking forward to visit but this time around was horrible!! Where do I start?

Pros: they have a new menu, more Latin which I didn’t mind, food was tasty and fresh. That’s about it!

Service: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! We had a young waitress by the name of Arlenny. She spoke no English which was hard to get our order correct, she was too busy smoking hookah and socializing with male customers.

Management: I used to be in the industry, and never saw a manager taking tables waitressing. She absolutely horrible. She also seemed drunk when we tried to inform her about the issues we had. Older blond lady, which claimed she was the owner/manager/chef not sure how she’s able to do cook when she was on the floor taking tables.

I will not return, which breaks my heart because it was one of my favorite places. STAY AWAY!!!!

I came here for my birthday back in August and it was such a great experience. Provy seemed upscale and classy. A nice high end bistro. I went back recently and the entire atmosphere changed. It's like some sort of lounge. WHY am I going to pay $60 for a steak with someone else blowing hookah smoke near my food. the new servers aren't personable. I recommended this place to all my coworkers without realizing the atmosphere change and most of them told me they walked in and walked right out. what a shame. won't be back.

Firstly this restaurant was at one point my favorite place. After numerous visits this was the first time I had a bad experience. the menu has been severely limited, the whole dinning experience left a sour taste in my mouth when me and my dinner guest spent 86 (with a 20% forced tip to a waitress that barely did anything and had the nerve to ask for an extra tip on top of that) on finger food. After experiencing the overpriced over salted or overly breaded apps we didn't bother with the entrees. 3/10

Danny was amazing and hospitable. I appreciate his kind and genuine attitude. In addition, the swordfish was amazing. I highly recommend Provy.

Last night I had a very bad experience in that restaurant, everything took a long time, the drinks we ordered in the end we canceled, the food took a long time, the service or my scallops were super salty, the truth is very unfortunate because we went out to have a good time, no has made us uncomfortable. They should train their waitresses more

Danny was our server and he was very nice and accomodating. Food was great, server was knowledgeable with menu and the flavors. We ordered mussels, calamari, oysters, pretty much 60% of appetizer lol. We were so full just with the appetizers that we had to split 2 entre dishes, halibut and burger for 4 ppl.
Good food guys... come try!

Responding to the review from "Frankie S"
Frankie- "girl with the flannel here", I am responding in the form of another review because, no, I do not work at Provy's. I was merely attending.

In fact, I was just helping out of the goodness of my heart because, as you pointed out, the restaurant was understaffed (they had 2 callouts), so I was doing what I can to help out as a partner of an employee and someone who cares about Provy's success. Including pouring water for the customers, clearing tables, and making the performers drinks, as those were simple and something that I could easily make, as someone with little to no service industry experience.

By the way, that was WATER that I poured for myself behind the bar and then drank.

Also, as you pointed out, the restaurant did give you a discount and they even made a gesture with free shots, to try to help make up for it. That doesn't make things right, but clearly this was an issue they observed in the moment.

They will be making adjustments for the future, and this was the first event of this nature. So lease consider this to allow them the opportunity to improve and redeem themselves, as this was not a good representation of the service they typically strive to achieve.

Please, if you have an issue in the future, at any restaurant, make sure to talk to the actual manager, not someone who is just helping out. I came to enjoy the Drag brunch, and wanted to help my partner's restaurant when they needed it.

Thank you, and I do hope to see you at a future event to try and make up for this fault. Ask for Phil or Michael next time you are in, and they will make good on this for you.

Came here for drag brunch and will probably never come back here. Decided to write this review in real time since the show has yet to start. Took 30 minutes to actually get a server to come to our table who apologized for the wait explaining they are severely understaffed. You would think they would have adequate staff for an event like a drag brunch but that’s silly I guess. There looks to be plenty of staff but being disorganized does not constitute being understaffed. I can currently see the person who I assume is a manager but can’t tell because she has a flannel wrapped around her waist, which does not scream professionalism. Im assuming she’s the manager because she has been doing nothing but leaning on the bar and “supervising” and socializing with customers she clearly knows. Ok. If you’re so understaffed shouldn’t you help? Our server has currently disappeared off the floor. Opted for the buffet but there was no silverware left, had to ask the flannel manager who had to go to the back and grab us silverware. Not sure why silverware wasn’t part of the table setup, but ok. Back to leaning on the bar and socializing though, because that must’ve been exhausting: So exhausting in fact that she currently poured herself a drink from the bar and has taken a seat and begun eating. Classic. Maybe she is just a customer who decided to serve herself at the bar because she was sick of waiting too? Who knows at this point. The hostess is currently sprinting from the host station to god knows where and seems to have no idea what is happening either as she runs around with a panicky face with her phone in her hand going absolutely nowhere. Nice. Still waiting for our espresso martini flights. It’s been at least another 20 minutes. Our server is still avoiding eye contact with our table though. Do I look too cute today? That’s what I will assume. This will reflect poorly on the tip though. Thank goodness the manager got her drink though, I was worried for her hydration level. She is currently eating and dancing behind the bar, so kudos to her for providing some pre show entertainment. There are currently 5 workers including our server at the bar having some kind of pow wow but everyone still seems awfully confused about how to serve customers I assume. The manager did finally pick up a water pitcher to help so Im glad she was energized after her drink and brunch plate. Still waiting for our espresso martini flight. The manager did bring us some water and we did share that we have been waiting half an hour for our drinks. Oh wow she said. Oh wow indeed. Sat at 11:30 am, it’s 1 pm and still no drinks. Finally drinks at 1:10 pm. No apology from the server or even a further word. At least the martinis are good. Another random manager looking person has shown up from the back… and also appears to be doing zilch. At least her outfit is cute. Went out to smoke during a 10 minute break loudly announced by the queens between the numbers and they did collect our full martini and waters off the table. Guess there is quick service when they decided to take away a full drink during the five minutes we were outside and assumed we decided to chew and screw on our bill. Really? They did spill a good amount of the martini on the menu and left that on the table for us to return to so thank you for that. Much appreciated. The price of the martini will be taken out of the tip. Stopping by the table twice in the span of 2.5 hours is absurd. Our server has still avoided all eye contact and is now having a cute snack at the bar. It must be exhausting not serving tables, poor baby. No acknowledgement that a full drink and our waters were taken away but that would entail him actually coming to the table without us giving him another death glare. We support venues that support drag but the service was inexcusable. I’m shocked by the high google ratings. They did give us a 20% discount for the ridiculousness but like you’re still getting one star. Maybe they have it together for dinner service but certainly not for Sunday drag brunch. What a mess.
