We order three calzones for pickup from the providence location. Two of the three calzones were incorrectly made. When we called back to try and correct the mistake. The boss continued to tell us that WE were wrong and declined to remake our food and just gave us a refund. We looked at the receipt and they completely messed up on ringing it up so there was no possible way they could’ve been right yet the boss continued to tell us we were wrong.

Ordered food last night at 6:40 through slice all when my husband arrived to pickup our food the woman at the register told him our food was not made for but it was because the app does not allow the order to placed unless you enter credit card information. She argued with him until another worker finished a call she was on and explained how sliceapp worked. Then last night at 11:12 our phone rang and it was the same woman from PVD pizza claiming that we did not pay for our order. How would we have left with our food if we did not pay for it? It was a pick up order? We didn’t dine in and chew and screw. She was rude and obnoxious and both times the dollar amount she stated we owed was different than the amount we paid. So while the food was delicious the customer service was less than stellar and the rude phone call after 11pm is enough to stop me from going back.

I was very disappointed with the pizza. The crust was barely cooked and there was very little cheese on the pie. I have had their pizza before and it was very good. Not tonight.

Went in tonight sat ay the bar and was served by Tammy! She was awesome!! She basically chilled with us the entire time cuz I kept telling her to. She is awesome and will definitely be the reason we keep coming back! Thanks for the awesome service Tammy!!

This is a local place, nothing fancy, but great food at very reasonable prices. And, they offer FREE POOL TABLES!Bartender was friendly and accommodating. Very cold draft beer and excellent burgers. Buy one get one half off on Thursdays. Specials every night.

Pasta with marinara was very poor quality. So was the Calimari, completely flavorless and came with no sauce. Complete waste of money, thrown in the trash. Also the chicken was clearly tons of ripped up pieces and not even tenders? Looks like someone ripped through it. Someone already complained about this months ago so clearly they don’t plan on improving. 0/10. Shut this place down

I’ve order from them a handful of times. However every time I order something the people that pick up the phone are RUDE! They have no customer service at all. Also every time I ordered something it’s either not what I order or the food comes cold. One time they even dropped my food off at the wrong house. They told me it was my fault that their GPS took them to that address. And it was a different number house than mine. Also they never even took the time to call me to let me know they were outside they just left it at the wrong house on their steps! Very unprofessional non customer friendly business don’t waste your time ordering from them they won’t value your business.

We just got married May 20! It was an amazing day, followed by an amazing day after party at ISCO where we served PVD Pizza.PVD Pizza was the perfect choice. They delivered early, and even left us the delivery bags to keep the pizza warm. Their specialty pizzas are especially amazing! My favorite was the mac and cheese, but the potato bacon and the meat lovers were close seconds. Everyone is still raving about it. Whether you dine in or take out, you will be glad you chose PVD!
