We love coming here because it has that perfect casual neighborhood feel. This past time the food quality was disappointing compared to prior visits. Our filet was a scrap piece and shouldn't have been served. Steak Frites were set on a pile of raw onions with very little arugula with soggy fries. Mussels and cake were excellent though!

Wonderful. I'm local, and Red Stripe is my go to restaurant in Wayland Square. Great food, wonderful service. They go out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. The dining room is beautiful.

The food is good, not great, which is disappointing. Past visits the food was outstanding. Maybe it was an off day for the kitchen & waitstaff. Might not go back with so many other solid choices nearby.
