Aiden and his staff are always so kind and personable when I come to Providence. The games they have make it fun for the whole family!

Was greeted by all when I walked in. Was gladly upsold Woodford when I ordered my Old Fashioned. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Quietly waited 30min before the bartender who took my order said anything to me, and it was a vague apology about the friolator. Waited another 10min then asked for the check without the chicken sandwich. No manager came by to offer resolution. No goodbyes were given or further apology when I was closing out or leaving. I asked to speak to a manager, and was met by the same barkeep who failed to offer any resolution.

The bar offerings are uninspired and trapped in the early 2000s. The menu is upscale pub fair, with prices ranged from $14-28. None of this is damning. Their customer service is lazy and unintentional. They're in a prime spot on a holiday weekend and are virtually empty. Could be a classic bar, but the team seems to rely on the hotel capacity to make a buck instead of exhibiting great guest service. I waited later to speak to a supervisor, but was told after 10 min that they would not be able to speak to me.

Ordered food and drinks there after a concert and the service SUCKED. My party of 2 was completely ignored. Drinks weak AF. You couldn't pay me to patronize this establishment again.

It is game night tonight Celtics Vs Knicks, I cam in to order food but I was told that the kitchen was closed. It was only 9:05 3rd Quarter 💔

I have had MANY experiences here, in the last three years, as Reiner's, and (previously as McCormick & Schmick's, which was GREAT!). Some good, MORE BAD. There have been two management changes in the last six months, they ruined an event that was being planned, last summer, it took eight weeks for Michelle, the event planner to attempt to get it together, and then because of her negligence, and Aidan's apparent & inexplicable strange dialogues & created into non-existent, and FAKE details, which I found out about after the fact, by another manager, the result became my cancelled my event, that I had been planning for three months. However, I still continued to patronize this place, out of location, history, and mostly to support the manager (Kim), who was professional, gracious, taking all of the garbage from the others, due to incompetence, negligence, FRAUD, and, much more!!! The current service people are terrific, but, the past management, and current (Aidan only), ARE QUESTIONABLE, at best. I'd definitely think twice about considering this place for dinner, drinks, (as there are MANY nearby and excellent choices), and ESPECIALLY NOT when considering planning an EVENT!!!

Can't say enough about the fast and really fun service here. We had a great time and laughed all night, great job. There are pool tables and good live entertainment. Great place to have a few with the added benefit of an elegant hotel to stay in later which is part of the Hilton collection.

Kim made us feel so very welcome from the minute we walked in!! She's a gem!

Best place on planet Earth. The service is unbelievable. Everything is unbelievable. The drinks are unbelievable. The food is unbelievable.

My husband and another couple enjoyed a phenomenal round of indoor golf, with excellent service Friday night. The employees were very accommodating and made it a great experience.

My family and I stayed at the Graduate 2 nights and wanted to give the restaurant a try since the hotel recommended it. We tried to have dinner there but it looked like there was an event, the waiters kept walking by us without acknowledgment and there was no hostess around to let us know we were not welcomed at the time due to the event. There were no signs that it was reserved for the event only. We left after waiting 15 minutes, very disappointing. Will know next time not to bother.

We came here for drinks and pool, service was great and atmosphere was very mellow
Definitely a nice place to play pool, jenga good food. Their fried calamari was delicious and tasty, their wings were nice and crispy with great flavor. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

Come visit Mark and grab a beer and burger. They are delicious, and picture perfect, oh and searing hot! (I GOT THE SMASH BURGER, SOOO GOOD!)

Server was good.. till the end when he shorted my change by $21 and disappeared... guess that's why not to pay cash.. I think 21 on a 38$ bill seems a bit high.. screw it.. becareful..

Our waiter was absolutely amazing, the food was excellent as well specifically the gouda mac and cheese with pulled pork
