The chicken tenders were fine, the service was … not good. From sitting down to closing out, the whole process took over 2 hours. Most of that time was spent trying to get the attention of the bartender, which only happened after I flagged down servers, other bartenders, and the host. When I did finally get her attention, she was so rude that the strangers sitting next to me were offended. Had I not been staying at the hotel I think I would have felt justified walking out. And while it was busy, there were plenty of staff members just standing around. I get having a bad night, but this was exceptionally awful.

Stopped in Saturday night 3/9 after the UConn Providence basketball game. Bar was packed and bartender was clearly pissed about it. TV was showing an infomercial for a colon cancer medical device. Asked bartender to change the channel to something less depressing and she said she couldn’t change it. Nachos were the worst nachos I’ve seen a bar serve. Literally inedible. No IPAs on draft. Unless you enjoy dog food and rude service avoid this place even if you’re already staying at the graduate.

Food came out at the same time as the apps even though we asked twice about the apps first. The steaktips were well done when requested med. Drinks were far and few between. I wish you luck if you are thirsty!!Second night we had a reservation. We were sat 45 minutes late, even though nobody was there. Executing a drink order for the table was difficult. Several of the dinners came out wrong, overcooked or didn’t come out at all. The manager was working very hard to make sure we had the best experience possible. Finally he admitted that it was a fully new staff and they are working on things..

Had a dinner reservation for 7:30pm for a party of 6 on Saturday March 9th. We arrived at 7:20pm. We were staying at the graduate hotel where this restaurant is located in and as we walked in the host/food runner was very rude. She greeted us by saying “what can I do for a lot of you people” in a very rude way. We explained that we had a reservation and she then proceeded to say we needed to go to the other host stand with even more attitude but never fully told us where the host stand was. So we had to sit by the pool table very confused till she came back very annoyed with us and said “it’s over there by the front door” in such a very disrespectful disgusting tone that I would of just left if my party wasn’t there for a celebration. We stayed at the host stand for a 30 minutes before even being recognized and there were three other parties waiting for a long time too. We even watched that same host woman push past so many costumers walking by with her shoulders. I disregarded the wait because they did seem busy. Till the manager finally seats us at a table in the very back room that has been empty since when we walked in to the wrong host stand because at that host stand you can see that room and it was very much empty. Once we sat we had to show the manager our IDs and he denied them saying “it’s a Rhode Island law that out of state licenses have to have a back up ID to be served alcohol”. Which I thought was weird so I looked it up and couldn’t find too much info on it so I let it go. But come to find out he told our server that we had fake IDs so I now know that law is not true and we were discriminated against. Also used my out of state license at a different establishment later that night and had zero issues so it is 100% just this place. We even watched him set up a table next to us with all the extra table detail while all we got was silverware and paper menus. The general manager should be ashamed with how their establishment doesn’t treat everyone equally especially where you are located. The food wasn’t good at all either. It was undercooked and the presentation was awful. Honestly you’d probably get better service for the same price at the Cheesecake Factory around the corner. Even in other reviews people stated this establishment racially discriminated against them so shame on me for not reading the reviews before trying this place out.

Hostess was rude we waited 2 hours even though we had a reservation and nobody came. Service was terrible, manager refused to let us order drinks saying our ids from out of state were fake. The food was not good at all the salmon was multi Colored and the chicken was dry. I was able to get a drink at the club down the street just fine with my mass id.

This was the absolute worst experience and place to have a customer dinner. They were short staffed and the staff they had was incompetent. Once drinks were ordered it took almost 20 min. We were told the bar was busy while it was half full, we were told the kitchen was backed up while we were the only table with people in the dining room. Drink orders were constantly slow and most times wrong while the waitress couldn't remember what she actually brought or billed us food. Menu is very limited and food quality was ok at best. I won't go back, neither will my customers.

A bartender used my girlfriend's card to pay for another group's shots when she tried to close her own tab, and then did not give her card back.
Walked in after a long day at work and the service was great. The bar tender Leo was top notice along with all the crew. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very poor service. We arrived at 8pm Got our appetizers and drinks. Quality of appetizers was fair. Gave our order to the server for Entrées at about 820. Never seen him again. At 930 we put up a fuss to leave paid for Whatever we had eaten and left and went to eat someplace else Absolutely ridiculous.

Indifferent service. Instead of acknowledging new bar patrons of which there were only 2 at the bar, when we sat. The barmaid and barback just continued to put away glasses. That we were the only patrons of color, made it very suspicious behavior. Will never return. Keep it exclusive for your kind??✌?

I wish I knew about this place sooner! Spent Friday night here and had a blast playing pool and virtual top golf. Food was yummy, drinks were on another level and I ended up being the last person to leave. Great spot!

You guys whoever the head chef is here should get a round of applause. I have Michelin Star taste and I will say this place is exceptional. Each time I have been the dishes have been consistent and absolutely decadent. Also… the vibe is so top notch. You can chill and play pool, watch the game, and even do some top golf if you want, in a super high end spot that is very laid back, fairly priced, and in a perfect location. All around awesome. Thanks guys! Happy Holidays!
