Res had a sign saying it was closed. Why OpenTable would allow a reservation at a closed restaurant is beyond me. Ruined our night out in the city.

I reserved a table a week in advance and received 3 reminders and confirmations over that time period. We showed up at the restaurant on February 6th to find a note on the door that they are closed indefinitely. Please do not reserve on this site, call the restaurant directly to see if they reopened.

The restaurant was Closed. According to a valet the owner is missing. He put sign on door and skipped town You should take them off your list and notify others. Paid to park and had to find another place. Almost ruined our weekend

Restaurant was temporarily closed. We did not receive notification of this until we tried to go into the building and there was a sign on the door. We had tickets to a show and had to scramble to find some place that would take a walk-in for 5. We luckily found a place to land near by and they got us in and out in time to make it to PPAC. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from the establishment.

I made this reservation through Open Table on January 9 for February 5 for my husband's 82nd birthday. I received confirmations constantly up to the day of the reservation. When my husband and I arrived at the restaurant, there was a sign that stated the restaurant is no longer open and sorry for the inconvenience. This completely ruined a birthday celebration and bordered on elderly abuse as two senior citizens were left on a cold sidewalk with no entry. I cannot believe the lack of customer service on both the restaurant's part and Open Table. I always use Open Table ; however, I will do my best to make sure everyone knows of this celebration debacle.

I was a party.of 12. This is my first time at this establishment. I was very disappointed. 1.Service. They need to brush up on their skills. Please follow up, on your patrons Making sure our meal is correct and hot, AND especially cut the filet to be sure it was cooked to your liking. 2. They ran out of most of the items on the menu. Also we ordered oysters. "He did not know where they came from". Narragansett?? you should know this information since you are serving raw shellfish it is helpful to the patron where they came from. 3. Help from another waiter or bus boy. Our bread was very good fresh. Warm served individually in small paper bags. " There are too many of you ". " Just pass them down". Really? My ravioli with scallops delicious no complaints Unfortunately our friend filet was overcooked. Looked like pot roast. There were several of us watching the waiter reaction regarding the filet in question doubting our concern Our friend was not offered an alternative Very disappointed ☹️

Unfortunately not a great experience tonight. Someone ordered in our group of twelve a fillet mignon medium rare and it came out well done. The waiter never asked how his steak was and disappeared for at least 20 minutes. When the waiter returned he questioned whether it was cooked right and asked whether he wanted a doggie bag. He wasn't very attentive. Lots of glasses on our table for at least half hour.

I was brought here for a celebration. Res has wonderful reviews. I ordered their moracan lamb dish. The lamb was brought out completely raw in the middle. They offered to remake my food. when the server brought it out it again it was the same exact food just cooked more not re-made. The sweet potato and gravy was cold under my lamb. they only heated up the lamb from my plate that was all mauled and cut into from showing the server it was raw. It was also plated it on top of cold potatoes with gravy on the same plate they brought my meal out on. The gravy was all mixed into the potatoes making a consistaency of soup.
The hostess was nice and friendly. Our server Ariana was wonderful. If I had more time to spend there I would have definately sent back my food again. They probably should have comped it or brought us some drinks or anything after this. I work at a restaurant and we would never treat customers like this.
Our ceasar salad was excellent and so was our calamari this is why I gave 2 stars instead of the 1 this place deserves after our very poor experience.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made reservation on open table and when we showed it was closed for a private party. Will never be back.

Great food and service but the poor acoustics in the dining area make it so that one or two loud parties can easily make it deafening in the area where we sat. Some covert sound baffling/deadening would seriously improve the dining experience in my opinion. A bit of sound engineering can go a long way.

Great food but service was poor. Waited 30 minutes for our first drink and had to cancel our last one to make it to the show. We gave ourselves two hours We ordered our 2nd drink as soon as we received the first and still waited. The waitress was great and kept apologizing but that is no excuse

valet service was terrible, these guys are notorious for taking cars around the block in sport mode beating up cars. i went a couple weeks ago and the food and waitress was amazing, but after dinner i get sent a video of the valet ripping around in sport mode in my car. this is very unprofessional and made me very upset mostly because i tipped the person 20 who valeted my car

The wedge salad was excellent! Burger was a great value for the dollar and a good burger! Temperature on the burger came well done and not medium well as requested. My husband's steak was medium instead of well done. However, the waiter and manger were very apologetic and accommodating and made the experience pleasant! An apology goes a long way and we would definitely go back! Next time will try the lobster roll!
