Atmosphere was cool and went while Mastataqueira was there. Masta does phenomenal food and charges separate online. Had a few drinks with my girl and bill came to $40 and we tipped $10 cash (25%). Left and checked my transactions later in the night and the bartender tipped himself another 20% flat on my bill after i wrote in 40 and charged me another $15.60 in a separate transaction forrr nothing? Very bold, very stupid.

I got outrageously hammered here and miscalculated my tab when it was time to sign it and ended up tipping them in almost 100%, which would have been way too much even tho they're good folks. luckily they were kind enough to notice and not debit all that money from my card so 5/5 will come again

Fine spot to stop in on a Friday. Bar staff was cool, they seemed to have games you could play, got two seats without issue...
Nice little dive bad. Drink prices were a bit high but food made up for it. Very happy we went.

Cinco de mayo here is a good time. The kitchen stays open pretty late so you won’t go hungry. Ordered the chicken tacos and the birria tacos. They were both really good. The drinks were yummy too. The overall ambience was fun but it’s located in a really busy area in providence so parking will be a challenge.

I'm from AZ and haven't found any good tacos in PVD. Until I tried Masa. Third time here, can't recommend their food enough. The bar is nice and the beers reasonably priced but the good folks at Masa Taqueria are reason enough to go here. Tacos done properly. If you're sick of brussel sprouts and corn in your tacos, or BBQ tacos, give them a go. You're not going to find better Mexican food in PVD. Esquites is spot on too.
