This may have been the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. After reading so many positive reviews of this restaurant, I thought I'd give this place a try since I was in the area. I ordered an eggplant parm sandwich, and when I arrived home and took a bite, I was aghast. I thought it was a joke (and maybe still do). First, the eggplant parm was incredibly slimy. Eggplant clearly wasn't breaded or fried, and in the slimy texture that is eggplant, it clashed very aggressively with the gooey texture of the cheese and sauce. Second, there was zero seasoning or flavor. I don't even think they salted it and I say that as someone who is very sensitive to the taste of salt. Normally salt and pep are sufficient for most hot subs, but this was unbelievable. I had to add black pepper, salt, and oregano just to stomach the $17 I had spent on this order. Pros: the bread was good and better than I expected for simple white bread. Also the space has a no-frills, laid-back atmosphere which was very cozy. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Maybe their other sandwiches are better, but I absolutely can not recommend the eggplant parm. It was appalling.

Today was the perfect day to visit. The sandwiches were amazing as always. I love the portions and quality. I love the MTP, and so far I think it’s the best with pepperoni added to it. The prosciutto is really good on it too, but I think it overshadows the pesto a bit. My partner got the corn beef and it is incredible.
To be honest I wanted to leave a review because the customer service was great this afternoon. The cashier brought a really positive energy to the shop. I heard her remind the cook that my partner ordered extra onions added into a sandwich which I thought was really sweet. And she put a note on both of our kitchen tickets to make sure that our orders come out at the same time. More food shops need the same energy in Rhode Island.

The food truck that comes to our job is hands down one of the best! The customer service is always top-notch — friendly, welcoming, and professional every single time. The food is even better! The spicy sausage and Philly cheesesteak combo is my absolute favorite — packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and always hot and fresh.
On top of that, their service is super fast, which is perfect for a quick lunch break. You can tell they really care about quality and keeping customers happy. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great food and even better people!
